With the exception of the first room, everything.
The first room. The knob on shower missing, heat did not work well.

“The room was unacceptable for the W standard. The second room was the W standard. The staff was wonderful.”

It was quiet, restful, cool and very comfortable.
There was a sticky substance on the desk when we arrived, but was easily cleaned off. Nobody should have to pay $12 for forgetting a toothbrush!

“This hotel was a lovely one night oasis in the middle of a 5 day trip to NYC. With the late checkout we had a full 24 hour stay with much rest and comfort. Thank you!”
