• We arrived at 1:00 p.m. to leave luggage and were able to check in early.
• Room was a bit warm, no adjustment available.

“I would absolutely stay here again. My husband and I spent one night with our thirteen year-old daughter. The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom up-to-date, and the location perfect for us. We arrived to drop off bags at 1:00 p.m. and were allowed to check in then. The only drawback was the heat, the room was a bit hotter than we would have liked, and there was no thermostat in the room to adjust. All in all, though, it was a great experience and a super value.”

• The staff was responsive to problem
• Having a bug crawl across the bed when I turned down the bedspread kind of ruined the place for me.

“Like most places, the room you get assigned makes a difference in your stay. Having been in 4 rooms now, I can see some have been renovated and others will be soon. The staff was great and switched me & upgraded me for 1 night when I found a bug crawling across the sheet after turning down the bedspread, but honestly for me that ruined the stay. I am on the lookout for other creatures and can see many opportunities for entry -- unsealed holes are everywhere, large spider webs not vacuumed. To be fair they are located next to a restaurant & provide a kitchen sink, stove, microwave & fridge so it must be difficult to keep clean, but still cannot forget the bug....my skin crawls thinking about it.”
