• Convenient location, clean, accommodating staff.
• Inner room with a view of a big pipe. Not much you can do about that.

“I expected to be able to check in when we arrived around noon but were told that its not possible. That was ok though as we were able to check in our suitcases and we were free to go shopping. Other than that, everything was smooth and the staff was courteous.”

• Since I was with my two older children we loved the three single beds.
• Elevators a bit slow.

• The staff was very friendly.
• The free breakfast was just muffins and cold cereal.

“Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. It was not the best but there it was not horrible. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice (but small), but the overall visit and hotel was nice.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful, willing to assist at any time & requests.
• Dirty smell on the street & rooms quite small.

“Excellent to stay at if you just need a room to spend the night at. Close to 5th avenue & main attractions. We got what we paid for. The reception staff very helpful and they will get you all the info you may need. I certainly recommend it!”

• Location, staff.
• Small rooms, cramped space, no central ac.

“Pleasant economy hotel in Chelsea. Rooms are small, but clean, and the hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Don't expect too much, and you will be happy. This is not luxury, but the essentials are covered.”

• The location was right where I wanted our hotel to be.
• There was no hot water when I took my shower!

• The convenience of location and the friendly staff. The price was excellent for 2 queens and a king!
• There was very little room in the rooms. There was only space for the beds and a small desk. Very crowded.

“It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The accommodations were bare, but everything essential was available. The rooms were very crowded, but sufficient for our needs.”

• Location is good for south midtown meetings.
• Tiny rooms. Lost power every night, and hot water every morning.

“Avoid this hotel. Our entire floor, and perhaps other floors, lost power every night. Yes, it was cold and everyone had their room heaters on, but breakers kept tripping all night. Shower had enough hot water for about 90 seconds. Yes, it was cheaper than the alternatives, but it's the last time I opt to save a couple of bucks.”

• Free high speed Internet, well equipped and fairly spacious room.
• Common areas are dreary. This is a converted office building.
