“I was very pleased with the hotel location. It is within walking district of many key areas. Their service was also very good. The room was smaller than ever anticipated (even after reading reviews from other customers). Don't expect any privacy from anyone sharing your room. This was not a big deal for me or my wife since we were not in the room except to sleep. Still, this could be an issue for customers that need space.”

“Stay hotel was definitely in the right area for us. The rooms were tiny, and some had no place to hang your clothes. They were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny, but the shower worked well.”

“For a Priceline price, this hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be in the very heart of the Theatre district, and if you want to spend no time in the room. Room size is smaller than tiny, and forget trying to get an elevator. Get a high floor, so you can have first shot at a down elevator without it being full by the time it gets to a lower floor. No ice machine. Buy ice elsewhere before you go back to the room. The restaurant will deliver ice to you after you call 5 times and wait over an hour.”

“This is the most overpriced hotel. The room was so small that we had difficulty fitting two suitcases, the halls were noisy and bathroom tiny. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Because of it's close proximity to Times Square/Broadway this is an excellent, clean, relatively inexpensive, hotel for an overnight stay if you are in New York on business or to see a play.”

“The location of this hotel was PERFECT! Steps away from times Square, the subway, and restaurants. The rooms were quite small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice!”

“The remote to the TV did not work, there was no place to hang your clothes, and the staff seemed put off if you had any questions regarding issues at the hotel.”

“I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the luxury linens on the bed.towels were abundant but not luxury. The front door was was within 10 minutes of most Broadway theatres. Door man always on duty always very pleasant. Great hotel if you don't need space in your room.”

“This was a great find for Manhattan, great location, friendly staff, reasonable rates, next to a great Deli and decor deluxe hotel. Would stay again and highly recommend it to friends.”

“Nice location but it's not acceptable to not have wifi access in the room price in 2009!”

“Great location. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Small rooms, restaurant needs to serve better quality food and speedier service.”

“The decor is very modern, the bed is very comfortable, there was always someone to open the door when we needed to exit the lobby, but that's where the good qualities stop. The room was incredibly small. We had to climb over the bed to get around. The cleaning crew came once- and didn't change the towels or tidy the bed. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly. Internet was advertised as free, but we discovered this was only true in the lobby or business center with a password. If you want to use WiFi in your room, its ten dollars a day. Definitely not worth the money.”

“Wonderful location next to Times Square, friendly staff, useless concierge with a fun bar that turns into a bit of a club on weekends.”

“The location couldn't be better. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean room. The bathroom didn't have much room. I would stay here again.”

“Hotel is very trendy; it is newly remodeled. The staff is possibly the most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hotel is very clean and everything is readily available. My only complaint is the room, in which I stayed, was the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. It was a 12 X 12 square with a small bathroom off of it. To access the sink in the bath room fully, I had to close the bathroom door. It was fine since I was by my self but if more than one person was traveling, it would have been impossible. Besides the room size, the experience was fantastic.”

“This was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen - and I'm an experienced traveler, with many trips to NY. The bed was so small that my partner (who is 6'2") barely fit. And the bed barely fit into the room. The door couldn't open fully without hitting the bed. If we'd had luggage, there would have been nowhere to put it. Good thing we were traveling with just two small backpacks for a single-night stay. That said, the room was clean, the TV was nice, and the location was great. The staff was nice, though they seemed over-worked and distracted. But there really should be a warning about the room size. The front desk told me that the larger rooms were not available.”

“I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. It was well worth the price. My room had a king size bed, it was spacious, had a large bathroom, a closet with a safe. The staff was friendly, they answered all of my questions, and were always helpful, and on hand. Even though they're doing construction on their restaurant, there are many places to eat within minutes of the hotel.”

“This hotel is very clean and situated in the heart of Time Square which is an added bonus. The one bad thing is the elevators, there is only one in the lobby and it is very small.”
