• Newly updated, modern room. Clean.
• Only one elevator, very long waits.

“Good location, easy access. Rooms are being updated and are clean and modern. Rooms are small, but typical for NYC. Comfortable bed and bath.”

• Small room, slow elevator.

• The location was perfect for what we needed
• Staff not courteous or knowledgeable

“Overall experience was not positive. Our room was not ready at check in we had to wait 45 minutes after check in time. Lobby staff did not do anything to help. Asked Lobby staff about the area and did not get an answer to our questions.”

• Fast check in. Fast baggage check. Good service. Friendly.
• They don't like you to have food or coffee in your room.

“This hotel was above my expectations. One of the better experiences I've had, and one of the least expensive rooms. New furniture. Clean. Marble bathroom with glass corner shower. Very nice.”
