• Great pillows and mattresses!
• Lack lf communication between management and staff.

“We had the experience of having a lovely room on the 2nd floor for the 1st 3 nights. The next 2 nights were in a less "lovely" room but adequate.”

• Big room.
• Stunk. Very small batherooms / NO wireless internet.
  Whats up with that.

“The hotel was way under staffed. Old dump with shoddy make up job. Stunk of smoke every where. No services. Had to call on my cell phone to get the front desk to answer. Would never go there again. Will tell everyone I know not to go. The Marketing was very misleading... just a big bunch of lies really.”

• Location.
• Front desk staff could be a little friendlier but they weren't terrible.

“The hotel provides all the necessities and basic amenities required staying in a city like New York. Nothing was flashy or lavish but all our expectations were met considering all we did was sleep in the room for no more than 8 hours. Most of the time was spent exploring Manhattan in 2 days. Excellent for a business traveler or a couple's getaway but not romantic. Rooms were not spacious but that was not an issue for us. We would stay at this hotel again.”

• Saff is courteous and accomodating, good location to subway.

“Contemporary style hotel in Murray Hill/Gramercy area of NYC. Staff is courteous and accommodating, hotel is contemporary minimalist, large clean lobby. My room had two queen beds, small in size however comfortable. Bathroom was clean, view looked onto east 30th street. Price was reasonable for location, access to subway and restaurants.”

• Grime in the dresser drawers

“A great value for New York. The location was not the best for me, but not horrible. The shower was awesome!!!! Nice, basic rooms with bedspreads that didn't have tacky flowers on them.”
