“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled all over the world and have never been in a hotel that was so dirty and moldy. The room only had a double bed and even if you pushed the furniture against the wall you barely had enough room to move. Housekeeping is only a voice mail and they ignore your calls. The hotel promised wireless internet but we never had a connection and the front desk did not know why or care.”

“I liked the location but the room was the size of a closet and the air condition didn't work. I was also upset with the breakfast that they didn't include with the room it was $10 extra. I wouldn't have minded but there was no hot food served. Bagels with no toaster and donuts? Hardly worth the money, I would have rather gone out to eat for that price.”

“I might stay again because of the location in Times Square. It was very quick to everything. When we checked out, we could leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to fly out. The room was small and towels missing one day (had to call the desk).”

“The bathroom fan was crazy loud and we could hear other people's fans in the middle of the night. I thought someone was doing construction outside of our room at 3 in the morning! The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were kind of small, but were adequate. Room and bathroom were very clean. Awesome location in Times Square.”

“This hotel was about what I expected for 2 stars, maybe a little less. Dislikes: The room was hot and cramped, the A/C didn't work, and it smelled vaguely of urine. I asked the front desk twice for an extra pillow and after the second time someone brought me a blanket (?). Likes: Convenient Times Square location, allowed us to check out a little late, which worked great with our travel plans.”

“The room, while clean, was the size of a large walk in closet. Every time a toilet flushed anywhere in proximity to the room our pipes made loud noises. Outside the window was a shocking view of the innards of the ventilation system. The bed was tiny and I got no sleep. To make matters worse, housekeeping banged on the door at 9:30 AM like she was mad at us for sleeping in.”

“The hotel was attractive and comfortable. Russo's the restaurant in the hotel was lovely and the food was very good. The lobby was understaffed - check in and baggage check took longer than it should have. Great location in terms of getting around by foot or subway.”

“OK for one or two people. Suites have pull out beds not fit for your dog. Rooms with two double beds available might as well be inside the elevator. If you can afford their restaurant, you can afford a better hotel. Front desk personnel lied about availability of suites, kept asking different people until one "found" a suite. Only the location was wonderful.”

“This hotel was terrible. Its only redeeming quality was its convenient location. The bed was ancient - the springs were completely shot. The curtains were dirty and stained; the bathroom had poor lighting and hardly enough room to set down a toothbrush. I saw something rodent-like scurry from under the bed to beneath the armoire and back again. I felt like I was given a lousy room. I didn't expect anything palatial, but I certainly thought the room would have a decent bed and no rats. I don't know how this hotel has 2 1/2 stars. I would give it 1. Absolutely terrible. I expected something much better from a national chain.”
