“The room was terribly small, clean and staff was very friendly. I think I would recommend this hotel. And, very convenient location.”

“Hotel staff is very courteous and very helpful. We placed our luggage at the hotel after checking out since we were traveling later in the evening. Good complimentary breakfast.”

“We had additional visitors staying in the room, namely bed bugs. Thankfully, we were only staying one night. Reception apologized but did not offer me any discount/voucher on when checking out. Very shoddy.”

“We were very pleased with our 5-day stay at the Javits Center Comfort Inn. The room was NYC size (very small) but comfortable, perfectly clean and maintained and everything worked in the room (phone, iron, clock, TV, plumbing, A/C). The staff were super-nice, and helpful with everything and anything we needed. The breakfast facilities were clean and plentiful and the microwave, toaster and juice machines were available to us at all times. This is a tiny hotel, not luxurious, and not right in the center of things, but it's a great value - friendly, clean, comfortable and well-kept. It is a short walk to Penn Station, the waterfront and all of midtown west. I would return to this hotel, and we recommend it highly to others.”

“I was actually confused getting to this hotel as there was another Comfort Inn near Times Square. The area where the hotel is located is in the farther West of Manhattan. For one night's stay, is good for someone with a small budget. Definitely not a high-class hotel if you're looking for one, but if you need to save some money and are not so picky about things, you may want to consider staying here.”

“This would be okay for one person, but not for two. Especially if it is your spouse or girlfriend! You would be embarrassed to roll this way!”

“This was really good value for the money, conveniently located to Penn Station and Grand Central. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Good morning breakfast. Room was a bit small for three people, but clean, with comfortable beds. I'd stay there again.”

“The continental breakfast in the morning was a life saver. Dining is so expensive in NYC and to be able to grab a bagel, some juice and coffee was great.”

“It's not bad. It's small but it's really convenient to the Empire State Building and 34th St. (really convenient for Mad. Sq. Gardens & Penn Station.) Had a few room issues (not very hot water for the shower, toilet kept running, etc.), but overall it was okay. The lobby and sitting area for breakfast was small but it's NYC.”

“The hotel served its purpose. It was a very clean room that was close to the Javits Center. Although the rooms were extremely small, we were able to carry out our business effectively. For the price, I would recommend this hotel.”

“The comfort inn provided us with a clean, comfortable room. The staff was very nice. We arrived early and they checked our bag for us so we could get up to the late show. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.”
