“I wish it was a little more center between Time Square and Chinatown and the rooms were a little bigger. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“Typical Holiday Inn.”

“Hotel was extremely clean - redone recently. We had a very good-sized room with a king bed, not typical of many hotels in New York City. And the bed was a good one (I realize this is subjective.) The valet parking was expensive compared to what we have paid at fancier Manhattan hotels, but I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not romantic or fancy, but good location, clean, a block from the subway - these made it a great.”

“Decent for business travelers, typical holiday inn atmosphere but was not as high a star rating as I was led to believe. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and I'd stay again for the same low price.”

“This is a very basic hotel with a loor lobby badly stocked and small bar, but decent beds. It is a place to sleep and that is all.”

“Overall this hotel isn't a bad place to stay if you're traveling for business purposes. I didn't find it to be very luxurious. I've stayed at other 3 star properties that were much nicer. The carpets were dated and a bit dirty. Some of the walls and the wallpaper was in disrepair. It's not the best hotel for leisure travelers.”

“GREATEST hotel in NYC for its price and location. It was our anniversary, so I asked to be upgraded to a large room, and asked for complimentary breakfast buffet vouchers. The staff was MORE than willing to accommodate my requests. It was in the heart of SoHo, near Chinatown, and Little Italy. I will definitely take a trip back!”

“When I had left something in my car, that they had already parked in the garage, they went out of their way to retrieve it for me! They were awesome!”

“The hotel is very close to the Canal Street subway stations and is right between Chinatown and Little Italy. It's clean, with a friendly and efficient staff. Room was rather small, but not tiny or cramped; the bathroom was good-sized and comfortable. Anyone comfortable traveling on the subway will find this a good base for business or sightseeing.”

“The hotel isn't all that promising at that lobby level, and the hallways are a bit drab, but the room itself is comfortable and well kept.”
