  • Great atmosphere, cute location, friendly staff.
  • A bit of a hike from the Subway.

“We had a great experience at the Best Western Seaport Inn! With a total group of eight travelers, convenience and amenities were of the utmost importance. The Best Western staff exceeded our expectations and served our needs in every way, from the complimentary upgrade in the size of our rooms to the fresh-baked cookies available daily in the lobby. We would, without hesitation, recommend this facility to any NYC traveler who wants to enjoy the city but stay slightly out of the hustle-and-bustle of downtown.”

  • The bed was ok. They didn't charged 3rd person in the room.
  • Even considering NY City I though the hotel expensive.

“Price for 2 persons is expensive but as they didn't charged the 3rd the hotel then met my expectation regarding cost. Hotel I would not stay during winter time with my kids because is quite far from the closest subway station.”

  • The location was awesome, the staff and room were great!

“I have stayed in many NYC hotels in the past and many were far more expensive. This hotel can stand up to the best of them! After spending a couple of days there I can't understand why it is only rated as 2 stars!”

  • Staff was the best in NYC. Pleasant, professional and kind.
  • It was a little difficult to find as we were walking from the subway after arriving at Penn Station from Newark.

“Lovely place in the oldest part of NYC. Brooklyn Bridge view. The staff is awesome. Helpful, professional, and most importantly, kind. Good eating opportunities in the area.”

“This hotel was great! We got upgraded to a terrace room, and even though they did not update our room as occupied and some random man had a key to our room, they really made up for the mistake! It was awesome.”

  • Great location.
  • A full service restaurant would have been nice.

“Best western exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had wife internet access. We were impressed by some details in our room there was a power cord cleverly hidden under a desk so that we could charge our phones and our kid¿s ads game. The fridge and the safe in the closet were a big help as well. Best of all was they locate while resting on. We were walking distance to Chinatown, little Italy, south street seaport, and all sorts of interesting neighborhoods. Yet, you could here a pin drop at night while resting. We'll defiantly stay there again.”

  • Waffles for the continental breakfast!!! Great location just a few blocks from a major subway stop.

“The best western seaport inn downtown was a pleasant surprise! I'm not a big spender when it comes to hotels, coming from a small town, but the best western met all my requirements for a standard hotel. Nice size rooms, clean, great continental breakfast, and very pleasant and helpful staff¿s would recommend anyone traveling to NY to stay there, the location is great, just a short stroll to view the Brooklyn bridge, and only a 10min walk to the nearest subway! Couple of nice restaurants on the same block, and in the historic seaport area. I had a wonderful stay, and only wish I could have afforded to stay the entire time with them.”

  • Nice view of the Brooklyn Bridge.
  • Air conditioner did not work and hair dryer would not stay on long enough to get hair dry.

“Room had an excellent view of the Brooklyn Bridge! Our room had a comfortable bed with a big bathroom, and the continental breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. The location was a little far from Midtown, but was close to the pier and was in a nice area along the river.”
