• Location to NYU and village.
• Unclean facility, no elevator.

“The location is great for someone wanting to visit NYU or Greenwich village. The hotel does not have an elevator so the walk-up in the dingy hallways gets a little tiresome. Having to call someone (who is not on-site) to come and meet you when you arrive is annoying as it takes about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive.”

• Building was renovated April 2006. Roof deck amazing.
• Walk up building( not bad but still).

“ I was worried when I was reading some of the comments on the web. I came across there real site www.minetta-suites.com. its more updated and the building finish renovation April 2006. I made the booking and its was great. The unit that I got was on the fifth floor walk up close to the finished new roof deck and they also have great queen size bed, and a Jacuzzi tub. Overall the building and the location were great.”

• Great location, loved the fire escape.
• They didn't have our rooms reserved when we arrived.

“We booked the hotel as a packaged deal a month and a half before we arrived, so you can imagine our shock when they told us they didn't have a reservation for us when we got there. There was much confusion, but, hey. Yeah, it's small, yeah it's not high class, but I had a very romantic stay here.”
