• Friendly staff, clean room, free breakfast.
• Too far from a subway station.

“The staff was extremely friendly. Lots of free services: breakfast, internet connection, checked bags, unlike most higher end hotels that charge you for every little thing.”

• It did have a parking garage not too far away.
• I did not like paying $25 on top of the price of the room for parking.

• The comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast, helpful staff.
• Our first room was located in the basement of the hotel.

“Very clean, staff was very helpful. My only complaint is the hotel should not put guest on the C floor. This floor is located in the basement, with the laundry facilities, the employee lounge and the vending and ice machines. This floor is very noisy. There is a constant hum of the ice and vending machines. There was noise coming from the laundry room, and the cleaning staff starts working at 4:00 A.M. This room is not ideal for guest who cannot sleep with constant noise around them. They also might want to consider pressure absorbers on the room doors. When guests and cleaning staff go in and out of the rooms the door slams loudly behind them jolting you awake.”
