“Beautiful hotel, very friendly lobby and very comfortable room. Best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had, was at the hotel bar.”

“Good, a bit hidden, cabby's unfamiliar with the wall street area don't know the one ways and how to get there from midtown.”

“I pretty much liked everything about this hotel other than its meager fitness room (probably typical for NYC) and the noise level in the AM which is more of a function of the area than anything else. Fancy restaurant was too expensive for me to eat.”

“Liked the small and boutique atmosphere. Ok for weekends, taxi to mid-town easy and quick for $20.”

“This hotel was great. The staff was absolutely the best! They were very helpful and very accommodating. The amenities were great. I loved the sheets! The only thing that I did not like was the bathroom door. It is somewhat see through. Luckily I was with 3 close friends, otherwise it might be uncomfortable for some. It looked pretty, but very unpractical. Overall, the hotel and its staff were superb.”

“I loved the location of the hotel and the staff was very helpful with all my questions. The location was good but hard to get to by car because of construction. I would recommend to my friends and family.”

“Friendly staff, but room was bland and boring and bathroom had frosted glass walls facing the bedroom.”

“Ultra trendy bordering chic decor. Metro meets rugged. Certain effects reminded of Beauty and the Beast's Gaston's preferences. Check out the antler-chandeliers! Tiny rooms those are stylish and clean. Quiet area on the weekend. Pleasure kits in the mini-bar? So glad I wasn't with my children or I would have had a lot explaining to do. Very hard to find as hotel's address is not where the entrance is. Doormen and bellmen were excellent...other staff were condescending.”

“Best example of modern interiors and luxury, not another 14th century castle but really modern and posh in its own way.”

“I enjoyed my stay in New York City. I thought the place was very friendly and my hotel was great. It was a great return to the U.S. after traveling abroad. I went to many of the cities attractions including a helicopter ride over downtown.”

“Just four Subway stops from Penn Station, this new, modern, and stylish hotel is only a stone's throw away from New York's Financial District but is perfect for a weekend in the city. Far from the noise, traffic, and frenzy of midtown, the neighborhood is quiet but with an interesting nightlife. The staff is thoughtful, polite, and helpful. The furnishings and service were so nice; I didn't want to go home.”

“When they finish renovations and fix the hot water, this will be a very nice hotel. They also need to offer more breakfast selections, like cereal and juices.”

“I thought this hotel was perfect for my visit to New York. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the room was amazing and very clean. The only negative comment I have is the location. It was fine during the day when I would leave to go site seeing. However, when I was out at night with friends the cab drivers had trouble finding the hotel and our first night we ended up getting out of the cab and wandering around for 20 minutes looking for it. Maybe that is the cab driver's fault, but either way, I was very pleased with my overall experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know.”

“Excellent hotel, great staff, very clean. Most people in New York did not know were the hotel was so bring a map of the hotel with you when you go out. Our taxi cab driver did not know were the hotel was.”

“The room I stayed at was nicely decorated, great accommodations for the price. The staff was ready to provide information and help out any way they could. It's very much like a boutique hotel. The only issue is that the kitchen was not finished so room service was from a restaurant close by. Other than that, I recommend this hotel to everyone.”
