• Very new, very well done.
• Rooms are small, no desk in room or easy chair.

“Everything is first class, but the rooms are small, even by NY standards. No desk or easy chair in room. Noise carries in this place. Great location.”

• Location was excellent - super friendly staff who made efforts immediately.
• All rooms are furnished with king size beds. No 2 double bed rooms. We squeezed 3 onto our king bed.

“Hotel was amazing. Location was perfect in SoHo. The staff jumped anytime you needed anything and were so friendly to help. The rooms were a little small but hey that's NY. We even got a Goldfish for our room to keep us company. Would definitely return.”

• We had a problem with our room and they were quick to fix it.
• Rooms were small and hotel was old.

“The public areas were not air conditioned and it was very hot. They also did not have any king rooms available. I will say that the management accommodated our need for a king room for our sons after telling us that there were not any available and we appreciated that.”

• Decor and friendly, helpful staff.
• Size of rooms.

“This hotel had a great location with access to many activities. Our room had a great view of the city and the staff was extremly helpful in recommending places and getting us where we needed to go. The modern decor was beautiful, and although the rooms are small, they have all the ammenities you need for a delightful stay.”

• Rundown appearance; some staff not very helpful.

“The hotel was just ok, although I would never go there again. They don't allow 3 people in a room, and the only room that is big enough for a roll away bed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It was very hip, the view uptown was awesome, and it was located in Soho.
• Rooms very, very small.

“I really liked the hotel, the location and the uptown view. The staff was also very nice. I've stayed in many NY hotel rooms and even though I liked this hotel allot and the location, the rooms were too small for 2 people to live comfortably for more than a couple of nights. And we are very small people. I'm sure the hotel offers larger rooms for more money but not sure how much more money, though.”

“Unless you like to sleep with earplugs, this hotel is not for you. Between the horns honking outside and the people talking, smoking and partying in the hallways inside, I hardly slept-and that was on the tenth floor, not a low floor.”

• The location was excellent. The staff was super nice and accommodating.
• The prices of the condiments/snacks available in the room were way too high.

“The staff was very friendly and competent. The hotel location was especially convenient for me. The gardens and common spaces were very comfortable and inviting.”

“Rooms are pitifully small, not particularly clean, and with minimum space to do anything but sleep. The staff's attitude matches the hotels quality, snooty and unhelpful. ”

• It's character, it's cleanliness, and the excellent staff.
• Can't really complain about it.

“The hotel's character is what impressed me and my wife. The staff was excellent, the room was perfect and extremely clean and neat. I have recommended it to my friends as the place to stay if you're going to a show in the Village.”
