• Convenient location.
• Horrible elevator system, very dirty and be upgraded.

“Overall, the stuff were friendly. The location was good. However, the elevators looked pretty dirty and old. The room was spacious, but sheets did have things on them that needed to be replaced. This hotel is nothing more than a solid 3 star, which I don't understand why the cost of staying per night is so high?”

• Very convenient location; wonderful staff; exceptionally clean; free & safe parking.
• No safe available in the room; but there are safety deposit boxes available at front desk.

“This was a fabulous find! Well worth the money, in comparison to what other lower-end hotels were asking for a far lesser quality stay. The location was extremely convenient. The bus stop was the first one to be dropped off and the last to be picked up, so there was virtually no wait. The amenities were exceptionally clean (and they had Bath & Body Works toiletries). The parking was free, and very safe. The staff was courteous and friendly. They have a fridge in the room, so you can buy food/snacks and keep the cool, and thus allowing you the flexibility to budget your meals more. There was no safe available in the room, but there were safety deposit boxes available at the reception desk that we made use of. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Lovely room, accommodating staff, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lovely decor. Easy access to Manhattan (15 minutes) by car.
• Bus to Manhattan never showed---not the hotels fault.

“This was a lovely and easy access place to stay just outside the bustle of Manhattan. Easy to take a car into the city, but watch out for the New Jersey transit to Port Authority. The bus never showed, and we worried we'd miss the theater.”

• Free parking at a hotel less than 10 miles from Manhattan.
• Hotel waitress could have been friendlier.

• The best we've ever stayed in.
• We liked everything.

“We walked into friendly luxury. Almost felt we didn't belong because it was so very nice. Really enjoyed out time there, and wish we could have stayed longer.”

• So convenient to Yankee stadium.
• Food ordered in the lounge took 1 hour for a sandwich to arrive.

“Food service needs to be improved. The sandwich ordered took 1 hour to arrive and the bread was dry and hard on arrival.”

• Beautiful decorations, clean and comfortable.
• Very rude employees.

“When I extended my stay, I was told that I could keep the room and the next day, they made me change rooms and I did not get even a "we're sorry". They acted as if I deserved it because I paid less for the room.”

• Concierge staff could have been more knowledgeable of NYC.

• Coming from gw bridge I couldn't get off at the local exit from express side.

• The bed was attractive and very comfortable.
• The walk from the parking lot was a bit long.

“I stay at this hotel occasionally and always find the staff friendly and courteous. The rooms are always well maintained and the hotel is convenient to NYC and the NJ Turnpike.”

• No outdoor pool, no view (which was not expected anyway due toits location).

• The location for us was great, easy to get on highway.
• Nothing.

“Our room was lovely and we were able to regulate the air. The linens were top quality and we had more then enough towels. We enjoyed the breakfast. Please, always put us in this hotel when we go to Teaneck. Thank you.”

• Hotel provides clean spacious accommodations.
• Bathroom was spacious however the door clearance was a little tight.

“The Marriott at Glen Pointe provides updated spacious accommodations. For a standard room, it was without question one of the largest and most comfortable. The room was clean, had quality linens and was nicely furnished/updated. The hotel is also just a short commute to Manhattan. ”

• Language barrier at check-in counter. My reservation for the third night was bungled.

“Dirty due to renovation, which was okay? Food at the breakfast buffet was not good. The overall room was fine, but not a three star quality.”

“We have stayed at this hotel before and have enjoyed the service. Our only problem was the dinner. There was not much choice on the menu. The food was not good, yet the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Please put us in this”
