• All the lights in the room worked.
• Dirty room, AC rattled, no privacy glass on bathroom window.

“Tiny, disgusting room. AC compressor made horrible noise when it kicked in. Bathroom was not completely clean. All-in-all deplorable.”

• Convenient to the Lincoln Tunnel.
• No public areas.

“The hotel room was newly redone. It was clean and pretty. It was small. The bathroom had all new sink granite countertops, etc. The staff were not overly friendly, but when I asked for more towels, they brought them right away. The breakfast was bagels, Danish, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee and juice. No fruit or yogurt or anything else. The convenience to the Lincoln Tunnel was awesome. I drove into the city everyday. It took about 25 minutes to Manhattan (34th St). The only weird thing was that the door to the room you have to step up to from the hall and the hall is open air (no screens/windows). But I never saw anyone suspicious in the hall and I am a single woman. There are no restaurants in the area. So I ordered in pizza every night delivery. Overall not bad at all for the money.”

• It was clean and neat; located near the highway but away far away enough from the street, safety was priority to me while on a budget.
• To get to the hotel you must exit into a lane that is an entrance ramp for other cars onto the highway. This was a safety concern.

“The room was clean and well-maintained. As I plugged in my charger, I noticed the base boards needed dusting. The carpeted walkways outside of the room had a strong urine smell, but I could not smell that in side the room; breakfast area was small, but the offerings were pretty good; staff was professional; the rate was little high for the "out of the way" location; still it was convenient to the highway. I could stay again if I had to.”

“The hotel staffs are absolutely unkind. The representative imputed the responsibility to local days inn. I gave up and decided not to stay here in the future and not to recommend to someone I know. It was a nightmarish experience.”

• The look of the room. Our bathroom was clean and efficient.
• Drunken young people were allowed to hang out around the hallways making security seem questionable.

“Not easily accessible from highway but still a pretty decent stay for the price. Not in anyway a family friendly motel. Security could have been better. Staff was very helpful. Parking areas were tricky late at night. The breakfast was very decent.”

• Nice bathroom facilities - shower massage.
• Entrance and exit onto busy Thoroughfare with no lead in or outgo lanes.

“Excellent accommodation for the business traveler with the standard amenities. Cable TV, good bed, refrigerator and microwave in the room, restaurants nearby. Good but simple continental breakfast. Only disadvantage is it is located on the southbound side of a non crossable divided highway requiring northbound traveler to drive to next exit to leave and reenter highway for southbound lanes. Entrance and exit from motel go directly onto high speed highway with no room to get up to speed. Dangerous at especially at rush hour.”

“It looks like a hunted house. and staffs are so too. Even I saw a staff smoked in a doorway. I smelled urine all over a hotel and room is very small. carpets are dirty.”

• I had a bad experience and my complaint to you was not acted upon in my favor.
• This hotel was not clean. The sheets had not been changed as there was blue bubble gum on the sheets next to my wife's head.

“Our experience was unsatisfactory. The hotel was unclean. The sheets had obviously not been changed as there was a large wad of bubble gum near my wife's head when she went to try to sleep. We had to call the management for clean sheets. ”

• Dirty, unsafe area, employees didn't speak much English.

“This hotel is in an unsafe area. The employees didn't speak much English. The continental breakfast was old food. The donuts were "wet" when we picked one up. The rooms were dismal and the bed felt dirty. The pillows were very uncomfortable.”
