“Amazing stay here. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will return to this hotel again and again and again. Moments from times square, Broadway, fifth avenue and more. Safe area and the hotel staff are superb. Every time you walk into the hotel, they welcome you back with a giant smile. Amazing.”

“Very warm and inviting space. Have stayed in 4 star hotels in the area that weren't as comfortable. The only negative is for the price you pay to stay here you would expect the plumbing to work properly. Tub was very slow to drain.”

“Great location! Amazing Staff! Clean, comfortable, and very comfy bed. Room was small and there is no pool, spa, or other amenities to speak of, but this is to be expected in New York, where every inch of space is precious.”

“We were in a newly renovated room. Decor was minimal and attractive. We were delighted the front desk was able to give us a room with two beds. We are two friends traveling together and wanted our own space. There was complimentary tea/coffee in the dining room in the morning, but who wants to get dressed to go downstairs for coffee? It also would have been nice to make a cup after a day out sightseeing.”

“The Muse Hotel is a recently renovated, very fashionable, "boutique" hotel conveniently located next to the center of Times Square. By New York standards, the rooms are moderately sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I very much enjoyed my short stay at the Muse. We were a short walk away from the Theatre District and Public Transportation. The staff always helped us find taxis, and even found last minute tickets to an event we really wanted to catch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“The hotel is very nice, however being pet friendly; I had to put up with a yapping dog late at night, while the owners were out. The front desk sent a security person, but as the guests were out, they could do nothing. The windowpane not sound proof, so ask for a room up high and/or in the back. Housekeeping overlooked soap in the bathroom and trash was left on the floor after the room had been cleaned. The manager was abrupt and unsympathetic regarding the dog.”

“Excellent location right in the heart of times square. Very friendly and helpful bell staff. Quick service with bags. Odd sit-down check counter, but otherwise smooth check-in. Rooms were very spacious and newly designed with excellent modern decor. Front desk staff was often unhelpful, condescending and sometimes just rude. Overcharged for valet parking, double charged despite complying with their parking policy. Front desk staff refused to correct the problem and were dismissive also the manager was too "busy" (picked up a phone that wasn't ringing) to address the problem. Offered to have their manager call my cell phone to address the problem, but did not follow through, still unresolved. Overall hotel provides an excellent New York experience, despite several customer service flaws.”
