• Affordable, great indoor courtyard.

“This Holiday Inn gave complimentary chocolates in room. They also had an indoor courtyard with a large sitting area, pool, hot tub, and arcade area. Would definitely stay again!”

• The rooms were spacious and the staff friendly enough.
• The dust ruffle was dirty and the room smelled musty.

“The hotel was ok, but the rooms where musty. The concierge described our room as one of the nice rooms that opened up to the pool area. It wasn't nice than any other room I’d ever been in. It also was hard to get to sleep early when you smell chlorine coming into your room and this screams and joyous cheers from kids in the pool and adults drinking into the gaming areas. All in all it was fine but much overpriced for the accommodations you received. Make sure you go directions to your room before setting out on your own we got lost for 10 minutes and no one helped us out.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed suggestions for dinner and more towels.
• Hotels looked old. They do the best they can with the an aging hotel.

“We were a little taken back by how old the hotels looked on the inside. (Carpet was stained, hallways and doors looked like they needed fresh paint). Yet the staff was great and my daughter liked the pool area. Also, the hotels was non-smoking but we often got a very strong smell of cigarettes.”

• Live music at the Bart was pleasantly unexpected.
• Service at the restaurant was very slow and food prices were too high for the quality of the food.

“With the exception of the restaurant, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others. Luckily there are other good restaurants nearby.”

• Pet policy led to flees; poor wireless Internet.

“Never again. Between flea bites and poor wireless Internet, it was a miserable experience.”

• It is great for families with children because of the indoor pool and money pit game area.
• The pet policy brings on other problems.

“Some of the rooms have been upgraded and other has not. We know it because we had to change rooms after the first night; My son had bites all over his legs. We believe these bites were from fleas due to the fact that pets are allowed. We were moved to an older room which was a little smaller and the AC was more difficult to regulate. The staff was very nice, but the damage had been done. The breakfast bar was mediocre especially for the price. The locate is poor compared to Courtyard or Hampton. It is difficult to find an array of restaurants on this side of town. We couldn't keep an Internet connection in the room. We tried in the Business Center and it wasn't much better. The Business Centre is a very small room with weak AC unit.”

• I liked the courtyard in the middle of the hotel.
• Room could have been a touch bigger.

“Having been spoiled with owning a 2 bedroom timeshare and always staying there. I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. The place was clean, the staff friendly and I liked the inside courtyard with the pool. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a stay.”

• The pool, game room, hot tub, the dome was great for the kids, easy to keep an eye on them, the kids had a great time.
• The food could have been better at the restaurant.

“The kids loved the dome, the rooms were clean the staff very helpful. We requested a late check out, no problem 2pm! I think the restaurant food could have been better for the prices. Although I cant really complain all the children ate for free. I have already referred some friends looking for a place to stay, while skiing.”
