• Location was convenient.
• Horrible continental breakfast. Box of cornflakes on the counter, stale Danish. Coffee was alright.

“Water temperature and pressure erratic in the shower, staff was not friendly (usually out on bench smoking). In-room coffee machines were badly designed and the coffee comes out like water so what's the point?”

• Convienient to the interstate.
• The room and, especially, the bathroom were in terrible shape. They need bad renovations.

“I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice but the room and bathroom were in terrible shape. The bathroom was so mildewed that it has a very bad odor. They smell took over the room as well.”

• Easy location from NYS through way exit.
• Slight musty smell in room.

“Overall good accommodations based on hotel type / price range - nice and very helpful front desk staff. I have become accustomed to having items such as iron / iron board in rooms - not standard in this hotel. Wireless Internet Network (free) was very dependable.”

• Paid a higher rate than listed on door.

“Placed in smoking room after being told I would receive non-smoking room. Neighbors had fight and had to call police.”

• Very friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet hotel.
• The rooms didn't have the best lighting, it was a little dim.

“Overall excellent hotel to stay at. It is easy to get to, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and quiet.”

• It was in a good location, good staff and right price.
• There was no swimming pool or restaurant.

“The hotel and staff were friendly and met my needs. If I needed anything, they were always willing to help.”
