• It was quiet and convenient.
• Our nonsmoking room, smelled like smoke.

“This hotel was quiet and convenient but our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Even the chairs had burn holes in them. When we questioned if it was a nonsmoking room, we were told it was. The staff told us we smelled the smoke from the room next to us.”

• No coffee machine , no Internet hardly toilet paper, it was not worth the price I paid, lousy.

“I was so disappointed in this hotel I paid so much money, not even a coffee machine in the room, no Internet in the whole building lousy breakfast service, bagel no cream cheese, boy no more , very disappointed.”

• High speed internet access.
• Dirty, broken heater, poor repair.

“If this hotel wasn't a good price, it wouldn't be one you'd want to stay at. It was dirty, and the "renovations" looked like they were about 5 years old and done badly.”

• Staff was gracious.
• Plumbing backed up, no remote for TV, burned out lights, dark room.

“I would not desire to return to this hotel after having plumbing back ups on two consecutive days. The room was dark and a bit gloomy. The tile had mold.”

• Very clean and quiet.
• Bathroom light needed repair (short).

“Very clean and comfortable, ok with late check-in, no one available for early check-out. Would stay again when back in area.”

• Excellent amenities, and excellent price!
• the hotel was single story - I've always enjoyed the top floor

“WOW ... what a stay. Simply put, the best aspects of this property were value and comfortability. The property is very relaxing and quiet. The brand new suites are very comfortable, and encourage a homey feeling. The staff was very helpful in guiding myself and my family throughout the town while we were there. I have stayed at the other properties in New Paltz, and let me tell you they are not in comparison to this property. And to top it all off, the rates are very competitve. I recommend this hotel to any traveller to New Paltz, PS upgrade to the suite!”
