• Very helpful staff, big and nice rooms, great safe location, restaurants close by, good shuttle service. Bus at back door to NYC.
• The elevators were very loud. We were only two rooms away and were woken in the night and had to get ear plugs to sleep through noise of the elevators.

“This hotel was a gorgeous, safe and conveniently located hotel in the NJ area. Rooms were really big and clean. Breakfast was good, no pastries as it says on the website, but no big deal. Fresh apples in lobby everyday. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great shuttle service that will take you pretty much where ever you want in the area(does not go to NYC). The New Jersey transit was located out the back of the hotel, which was great! The bus is very pricey tho, going back and forth. $3.15 each, no transfers or day passes. Spent $25 for 2 peole a day on the bus. But not a downfall on the hotel at all. The hotel is also walking distance to dining around the area, like Chili's, Red Lobster, The Outback Steak House, Burger King, and more. The shuttle took us to the Olive Garden, which was about 10mins away. Walmart is located around the corner, which is where our GPS lead us too on the way there. And apparently a lot of people ( following a GPS) is lead to this location when driving”

• The room was very spacious. My husband loved the large flat screen TV.
• The air-conditioner fan was loud and constantly going on and off.

“Great hotel. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.”

• hotel was centrally located for our day and night needs,staff was very friendly and helpful.

“I enjoyed the hotel. The only thing
I was disappointed in was that there was an outdoor pool, but no pool when we got there. Since I was traveling with children I would not have stayed there because we were looking for a hotel with a pool.”

• Clean, Nice Rooms, close to resaurants, stores, on bus route to NY.
• The only complain I have is the continental breakfast was horrible. They didn't even have cream for the coffee.

“I would definitley stay at this hotel again. I liked it very much. The price we received with priceline could not be beat. Hyatt is definitley on my list as the hotel to stay at. My only compaint was continental breakfast was probably one of the worst I have ever had.”

• Staff was freindly, room was large, good bed and towels.
• Shower was awful. Pressure went up and down. Room was dirty.

“I had been staying in Marriott for the last 2 months and finally got into a Hyatt. This hotel was not what
I expected. Rug needed replacing and shower was awful. Linens and bed were ok. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. I would rather stay in a Marriott now. This is not up to Hyatt standard i remember.”

• Friendly staff and transportation to the city was great.
• Nothing.

“I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the hotel staff were during our stay there at the Hyatt. Any questions that we had were answered and we were never treated as if we were a bother to anyone. The bus stopped right outside of the hotel for transportation to the port authority which is a block from times square so that we extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family!”

• Excellent location, close to amenities and great service.
• No swimming pool.

“The service at the hotel was excellent and as a surprise they offered continental breakfast everyday to all of their guests. The location was also a surprise as it was walking distance to retailers and restaurants. The rooms were modern and were very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, suggest it to friends and family.”

• Beautiful hotel and guest rooms. HD 47" plasma TV's.
• No swimming pool.

“This was a great hotel. The room was spacious. Very well decorated. Loved the plasma TV and being able to hook up my Zone to the TV outlets. Touch screen check out was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly.”

• Nice staff and large room are especially impressive.
• Except lobby and restaurant there is not much general space.

“The location is good. There are buses from Manhattan and this hotel, which takes only 20 minutes or less. The room is huge, so our family felt very comfortable after small Boston hotel. And perfectly clean (non-smoking room) and Starbucks morning coffee is also good and you may take it out as much as possible!”

• Decoration, space, 42" TV, and rooms are excellent. There is a bus you can take into Manhattan, NY. It's very convenient.
• No grocery store in the hotel.

“My husband and I have stayed at several hotels in the Secaucus area over the past few years but none as modern, functional and well maintained as the Hyatt Place. Every aspect of this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and you could always count on a smile from a passing employee. The free continental breakfast was generous and very tasty. The rooms were in excellent condition with large screen TV, comfortable bed and separate living room. The hotel is ideally located for travelers to New York City with the bust stopping right across the street.”
