• Nice, clean, and was friendly.
• Undergoing remodel that made pool, workout room areas were closed.

“Overall I enjoyed this hotel and the location was great. The bus stop is very close and convenient. Overall, I would stay there again.”

• They have different types of pillows to choose from.
• Hotel staff are not helpful at all, don't know where theater or breakfast are.

“Hotel room comfortable. Difficult getting food late at night. Hotel staff have no clue how to help you or answer your questions.”

• The bus stop out front was our portal to Manhattan each day.
• They weren't so helpful re: transportation questions when I called in advance.

“Newly renovated, the hotel rooms are clean and spacious, affording comfort and quiet in this Se caucus hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and the connection to NYC transportation was excellent.”

• It's clean and neat. Also it's really close to New York City.
• Free parking garage is a little far from the hotel!

“The hotel is recently remodeled so it's very clean and neat, also more spacious than I expected. The best thing about this hotel is that it's only 15 minutes away from Manhattan.”

• Close to NYC with a great Priceline rate.

“Very nice hotel located, near the Lincoln Tunnel and New York. Hotel is in a good location with plenty of dining and entertainment nearby. This is a great option to a pricey Manhattan Hotel.”

• It great for family good for business, shopping, walk-in with love ones, over all a nice place to come too.
• Love the hotel.

• Very clean & newly renovated rooms with flat-screen TV.
• Wireless Internet connection was very slow.

“Hotel is clean & newly remodeled. It was also in a nice, quiet location close to shopping. We had a flat-screen TV, microwave & refrigerator in our room. Unfortunately, I left my food in the refrigerator when we checked out. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the wireless Internet connection on our room was VERY slow.”

• No shuttle to New York. Have to take a city bus on your own.

• The hotel was clean and the appearance was nice.
• The front staff was not the friendliest.

“I expected a lot more from a hotel of this star rating. The front staff was adequate. They definitely weren't very friendly and didn't go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel didn't have a pool. I have older children who would've definitely used the pool. It seems like a hotel equipped more for business people. We did enjoy the gift shop, and bought souvenirs there. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants near the hotel, and there was a Walmart nearby too, to get essentials. However, it is difficult to find the hotel, even with a GPS. The entrance does not have adequate signage. All in all, it was ok, but will probably never go out of our way to stay there again.”

• Location to restaurants was nice.
• Second clerk was little rude when I requested a non-smoking room.

“Hotel location was nice for our activities. Stayed on a smoking floor, but not bad. Valet was cordial and nice. Most of the staff tried to be outgoing and nice.”

• Big king sized bed, renovated room, accessibility to lots of restaurants.
• The bathroom wasn't totally clean.

“The location was great; the bed was huge and very comfortable. I didn't like that we had to pay for the hotel computer ($2/10min).”

“Good location if you want visit New York city: bus 320 is available near the hotel. Rooms need to have an "update" but it's always good for a short travel.”

• Rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient location.
• Parking was not convenient, but valet was not expensive. Breakfast service in hotel restaurant was slow.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. It met my expectations, and I travel a lot. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and lobby was pleasant and inviting. Restaurants, etc were within walking distance. Great value!”

• Nearby bus stop to NY city.
• Self parking is inconvenient.

“Hotel itself is clean and at a very convenient location. The closest parking garage is valet parking only. The self parking is available but it is across the street and the hotel receptionist was intentionally inaccurate about the entrance of the self parking garage.”

“Even though the hotel is going through renovations we didn't hear nor see anything, spend most of the time in NYC, the bus stop is one block away and the tickets are sold in the gift shop. 15 min ride to the city. Excellent experience.”
