• Price.
• Location, service, lack of basic items that other 1* hotels seem to have (tea, welcome popcorn, better knives, plastic cups etc.).

“The location was the biggest turnoff. It was entirely my fault, but the hotel is not very convenient for NYC travelers. We took the car there ($8 toll) and managed to park it for free (weekend), otherwise it would be a torture getting to Manhattan and back.”

• The only good thing about this hotel was that it was cheap.
• It smelled terribly. Very few amenities.

“I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. The only amenity we were given was towels and bar soap. I was told that there was no room service on Saturdays? Location was ok, but it's quite a walk to the bus stop.”

• Bus to New York.
• All the hair on the sheets (that was not mine).

“The first room we had dust on the furniture and a layer of it on the dresser as well. The sheets had lots of hair from the previous person. The bus stop to New York is the only good thing about this hotel.”

• Cheap, bus connection is alright, room had a little kitchen.
• Not very clean.

“If you visit New York all day it is a cheap option. Bus connections are alright and not expensive.”
