• Loud party atmosphere and guests. Moldy rooms, and no working air conditioning.

“Personnel were as helpful as they could be. Cleaning staff tried their best. Loud party atmosphere in the banquet room resonated base music all night. Antiquated facilities, non working air, leaking plumbing, and a moldy odor in each room we tried.”

• Price point, location, and room set up.
• Needs renovation in several areas, mildew smell in areas.

“For the short stay at West Point, very economical and convenient, room was comfortable though in need of some updating, very utilitarian arrangement for a weekend, nothing extraordinary, restaurant service dreadful, food was good when we received, a bit noisy on Friday nights.”

• Breakfast was ok.
• The place is a dump. Awful old rooms, inadequate noisy heat, drafty.

“Was forced to stay here due the late hour. Decent exterior and lobby deceives you into expecting a nice room. Very old room in dire need of updating. Drafty windows and door together with noisy window heater that had to be set at 85 degrees to keep it warm. Kept us up late into the night. Poor TV and reception.”

“The Hotel was nice. The rooms are a little small, but after I weigh out everything else it was nothing. They had the most comfortable lobby with chairs and a huge glass window to get all the nice sunshine. When ever we needed something the staff would get it with no problem. The pool area was great the fitness center was in a separate building next to the pool witch I loved.”
