“The front desk was wonderful upon arrival. The room had 2 towels, 1 bath mat, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand clothes. Asking us to avoid laundry for environmental reasons! Very poor water pressure, refrigerator (even a mini-bar)or microwave. Location was great. Response to getting more towels was very good, but we had to ask every time. We were there for 7 days. We both shower twice daily. We made a lot of phone calls.”

“It was a very unpleasant stay. I drove long way to move to another city, so
I chose this hotel as a middle stop. I was seeking for convenience and comfort so that I can take good rest and drive safely. However, I got at least ten(10) bug bites over my body at that night. Those bites are not cured now! they itch a lot. In addition, the facilities in the room actually are kinda old. such as TV, desk and there was
no fridge in the room. Can you agree this is a 3.5 star hotel from all that? It is definitely overrated.”

“My car was broken into in the parking lot overnight – windows were busted out and laptop, clothing, etc were stolen. Very unsafe area.”

“My son and I stayed overnight for a NY Giant game. The hotel was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and when we were denied access to stadium parking, we were allowed to park in the hotel lot, even though we had stayed the night before. A quick 15 minute walk to the stadium worked out perfectly. We have attended one game per year over the past four years and always stayed approximately 30 miles away to save money, but after our experience Sheraton, we will be staying there from now on.”

“I usually love the Sheraton Brand but the rooms in this hotel are small, dirty, and outdated. They provide plastic cups for the room, there were no pens, paper and refrigerators were not available to me. The rooms themselves are small, the bathroom a postage stamp but well enough for one person. The staff was very polite and attentive, the Starbucks was nice and the link was a great addition to the property.”

“We checked in around midnight and were given a room on the 6th floor. The room was relatively spacious and comfortable but needed renovation. The bathroom was tiny and the bathtub and sink were clogged. The next day, our room was not cleaned despite making several calls to housekeeping. We were eventually moved to a new room with working plumbing after complaining to management.”

“The hotel is pretty far from NYC and it's kind of hard to get to here especially when it is dark and without GPS. Free parking and Starbuck coffees are pluses.”
