• It was beautiful and comfortable.
• The towels they gave me were dirty.

“I liked everything except the above mentioned dirty bath towels. There was some sort of yellow gunk on them. Yuck! Otherwise, it was a big room - really gorgeous, and comfortable. I would've gone swimming if it hadn't rained. The staff was nice.”

• Susan, a head housekeeping lady helped us immensely!
• Restaurant selection was limited, service was slow. We had lunch and breakfast at hotel.

“Everything met or exceeded our expectations, except limited selection and slow service (limited staffing?) in the restore.”

• Renovations - no parking near entry door.

• The large screen TV, comfortable bed and fridge in room.
• No newspaper at door in morning and
  noisy light in bathroom.

“The hotel lobby was under construction. The room was comfortable and adequate. The breakfast was a bit haphazard; there was a loud noise connected to the bathroom light and no newspaper delivery in the morning. However, I got a good night's sleep.”

• Room was remodeled.
• Major remodel in process until 1:00 am above the room. Then next room had 3 people at window doing outside remodel with power.

“I would not recommend this hotel during construction. It makes no sense for them to do major lobby demolition until 1:00am. Especially when you are in room above the lobby.”

• Front desk was unknowledgeable about local area, maid service never came to room.

“We were out two hours for breakfast and poolside, but maid never cleaned room. Staff could not help us with local restaurants or even to order pizza to hotel. No resources on local attractions, dining or events and staff knew nothing and was rude. There were large renovations in lobby area and it smelled damp.”

• Very nice, newly renovated rooms.
• Renovations are on-going, so hallways, etc. were not complete. Parking is not convenient due to doors being closed from renovation.

“We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were large enough for my family of 6 (we had adjoining rooms). They were clean and very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend it!”

• Rooms were new and up-to-date.
• They were renovating the main areas. but no problem.

“They were under renovation. Hence the lobby was not perfect. But the rooms were newly redone and up-to-date with latest flat screens and new comfy beds. They were excellent.”

“Major renovations was going on, no air conditioning in the halls, lobby or elevators. noisy construction. No ice machine on our floor. The air conditioner blows right on you if you sit at the desk. Very uncomfortable. Very noisy. Wedding one night and family reunion another. Slamming doors and running around in the halls till all hours. Would not stay there again.”

• No consideration for the customer about construction.

“Horrible! The web site said construction would be done before May yet in late May I awoke to the hammering of tack strip for carpet being put in the room directly above me. One nail every foot or so. Had late night room service and by morning ants were on the unfinished food. Even the floor I was on had construction going on all through the day. I would never stay there again!”
