• Very appealing lobby; comfortable room, very comfy bed.

“Great location right off the Garden State Parkway, very comfortable, restful, quiet. Would definitely recommend. Internet available in room with no difficulty. Each room had refrigerator; very handy.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The trash can in the ice machine room-3rd fl.-had not been emptied and emitted a foul odor, forcing me to call the front desk to rectify the problem.

“Conveniently located and comfortable for its type. However, the wardrobe in the room could have been placed away from the T.V. because it created a very cramped feeling.”

• Great pool, very clean accomodations
• Bathrooms had some mold.

• Area.
• Extremely small room. I had to call 2x for the same housekeeping issue.

“I feel like I had a very small room that barely fit the bed. The room was located right across from the storage room. The maids were in and out in the morning and talking very loud. There was a spot for a refrigerator in the room but looked as though they removed it. I requested one - they had none. I could not save my leftovers from the evening. I called housekeeping to please bring an extra shampoo - there was one small bottle and 2 of us. They never came so I called again. They said they were waiting for someone to come by.”

• The hotel is a courtyard which makes it's a cozy hotel.
• The employees working the front desk were not familiar with the the area. Asked three questions and they were unable to help. My key stopped working.

“Very nice Hotel will stay here again. While i stayed there the staff was very friendly answered any questions I had about shopping in the area, food etc. Only down side was during my stay there was a wedding party also staying there at the same time, and I heard people talking on a loud speaker or mic as there organized themselves which was a little annoying because it was a little loud so loud it could be heard in my room far away. But you are likely to get things like that anytime you stay at a hotel while a wedding party is also there so I did not complain about it. Other than that great hotel all around, you won't be disappointed.”

• The complimentary drinks and cookies in the lobby were a very nice touch.
• The outdoor pool facility and seating area were dirty and in poor condition.

• No one around outdoor pool to supervise, dangerous for kids.

“Fit our needs perfectly, stopover along route. Applebees next door, 20 minutes to amusement pier. Helpful staff, very clean and comfortable.”

• Did not have Crib avail as requested and sheets smelled like an old gym locker

“Very disappointing. I've stayed at a number of Courtyards throughout the country and this was by far my worst experience. I was traveling with small children and requested a Pack n Play for my toddler.”

• Nicely updated, friendly staff, quiet.
• I was given a room with a door difficult to open.

“Very nice location and well appointed although small room. Pool immaculate and staff was very nice. However, when I first checked in and discovered my room did not have a refrigerator, I was simply told "only our deluxe rooms have those." with no attempt to accommodate. The next day when my husband joined me, he called the front desk, asked for a refrigerator and one was sent up within the hour. As the hotel had open rooms the night I checked in and was fully booked when my husband arrived, they clearly had refrigerators available.”

• The front desk staff was great. Check in/out was fast and easy.
• The bed was very bad. We both woke up with bad backs.

“The hotel was clean and easy to get to. It looks nice and liked the no smoking policy. But the bed was terrible. I felt like I was hit by a truck when I woke up. I would never stay here again for that reason alone. Other than the bed, it was a very nice hotel.”

• I requested to be moved from the initial room because the shower wasn't clean.

“The lobby area looked like it had not been vacuumed. When I complained to the manager about the condition of the shower in the first room I was placed in, the house keeper came by and argued with me that it was not dirty. She asked me if I wanted to clean it! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”
