• Convenience great priceline price.
• Pool was being fixed and not open.

“We chose this hotel because of the indoor heated pool and it was not available to us. We did not receive towels one day but the bed was made and toiletries refreshed. The carpet needed to be cleaned.”

• Free wireless Internet.
• The bathroom was in poor condition.

“My main complaint about this hotel was that the bathroom was not in good condition. The toilet handle was broken and it was difficult to flush the toilet. The bathtub was stained and looked old, and it was slippery, making it difficult to shower.”

• Their restaurant was closed. The coffee was beyond horrible.

“Quick and easy in and out. Plenty of parking, very clean within 2 miles of major shopping safe. Accurate in room menu's to order take out.”

“The hotel room was nice and very clean overall. The shower in the bathroom was sort of falling apart. The morning I was supposed to check out, we had a man dressed in baggy clothes try to get into our room with a key. Luckily we had the door latched so he couldn't get in, but when he discovered this, he began pounding on the door and screaming irrately. We called front desk and got no response for several hours.”

• Had to wait fifteen minutes to check in. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaked. The heater didn't work.

“Don't stay here. Had to wait too long to check in. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. The bathroom fixtures were old and cracked. The heater/ AC didn't work. The restaurant is closed. The hotel is undergoing renovations.

• Location & accommodations were great.
• Not many English speaking staff. No restaurant, no bar, no breakfast.

“The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly but hard to communicate with since they do not speak English very well. There was no bar/lounge, no restaurant and no continental breakfast.”

• Room was clean , decor attractive.
• Sheets were rough like sandpaper, TV remote did not work, restaurant not open.

“Too expensive for the amenities - or lack thereof. It said there was a restaurant/bar at the hotel, but it was not opened. Also claimed to have a pool, which it did but was not opened to customers. And the fitness room was not very big nor have updated equipment. I was disappointed with its claims, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Just wouldn't pay that much again for this type of hotelier.”

“We had a business meeting/event for people from around the area and due to not wanting to drive home later, we stay at this hotel. Cheap. Unfortunately the staff was not friendly and the general areas seemed dirty.”

• It was in a convenient location. The staff was very courteous.
• It needs a little more care in the cleanliness of the elevators.

“The hotel overall was very nice. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful even the cleaning crew was very willing to help out in any way; that is unusual in a hotel, they usually go on to do their work and pay no mind to guest unless they are asked. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I really enjoyed.”

• Good size rooms with comfortable beds.
• No breakfast available just coffee no milk or cream just powder restaurant not available.

“Good location good size rooms plumbing needs attention (drains and hot water supply) easy access to transportation to the city. very few eating restaurants around this location. High vehicle traffic on highway 4. I would use it again but have more food to eat in my carry in.”

• It was terrible. I am not staying there anymore. The last tine We stayed there we saw a roach in the room.
• All night we thought a roach would crawl on us in the night. We slept with the lights on.

“We should be compensated for this trip. Every time we go to the Ramada something nasty happen. My sister did not want to go there.”

• They were trying to straighten out the rooms.
• The place generally is filthy.

“This place is absolutely horrible. My Toilet spun 20 degree's in both directions. They were feeding bus loads of foreigners in the closed up restaurant, no heat, it was 37 degrees outside, and Im talking about Nov. 07. They had no heat, no lights, here were bus loads of people, sitting by the windows for lights, all bundled up trying to eat there buffet. I wish the State of New Jersey could see this. The pool was the direst pool I have ever seen. There was a very thick film across the top and you could barely see the bottom. Oh, by the way, they stored old bedding and torn up carpeting there too. Disgusting.”

• Not much, never going back.

“Let me tell you about the Restaurant, it is boarded up by the state of NJ. But last week Friday it was 37 degree's in NJ and they were feeding bus loads of Koreans in the closed up restaurant with no heat at all, they were freezing and no lights, except over the food. These poor people had to sit by the windows to see each other. The swimming pool had old mattresses sitting around it with old torn up pieces of carpet. There was a visible, very dirty film on top of the pool; we would never have used it. The Toilet in my room spun 20 degree's in each direction when you sit down. I personally think this survey is a joke.”

“This hotel is located in very expensive Bergen county, new jersey and is inexpensive for the area. The staff was courteous but the hotel itself screams clean me and modernize me.”

• Trying to improve its decor.
• Things busted: a/c, drain, grout, wrong size lampshade, noisy highway.

“This hotel could be improved by adding another good engineer to fix all the things that are run down. This would also protect the investment in nicer furnishings. Really the HVAC must be fixed to work much better.”

• It was located 2 blocks of the Garden State Parkway.
• People sitting outside the main entrance. Just Hanging around.

“The Inn was located right next to the Garden State Parkway for traveling. Great location and had some good eating places not far from the Inn.”
