“We arrived very early for checkin but the room was already available and they had no problem allowing us to checkin. VERY user friendly. Wonderful desk/receptionsits.”

• The pool and Jacuzzi were very well liked by the whole family.
• One of the workers at breakfast wasn't very friendly at all.

“The hotel suited our purpose. We only stayed for two days. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, as we were there for a funeral. This was not our first time here and we will be back again.”

• Privacy, cleanliness, politeness of staff.
• No heat lamp in bathroom, no towels in pool late at night.

“It was a stressful time for us, dropping our son off at college far away. They had a coin washer. The pool and Jacuzzi to relax. The staff helped us make copies we needed. Cleanliness was great.”

• Courtyard Marriott just have the greatest beds!
• I was not able to figure out the climate control and I sweat as a result.

• Room was large, clean and attractive.
• We phoned ahead to ask for a king-sized bed and were told we could get one. Upon arrival, we were told they did not have one for us.

“Very attractive and clean lobby and room, convenient by car to Downtown Red Bank, and an easy drive to our favorite beach. I was a bit surprised that, unlike some less expensive hotels, this one did not offer free Internet access or free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.”

• Convenient access off of parkway.
• Pillows were terrible. Ended up with a neck ache. Shower head was broken.

“Overall, hotel was very nice and clean. Pillows were too soft and mushy so provided no support whatsoever. Also, shower head was broken so water flow was slow and couldn't change shower sprays.”

• The beds were awesome and comfortable.
• Room service kept coming by to clean the room even with do not disturb sign out.

“This hotel is convenient to the NJ Parkway and to red Bank area shore points. It is clean and comfortable and is well kept. Staff was very cordial and helpful.”

• Fireplace in the Lobby with a nice sitting area, internet access, and an indoor pool.
• Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.

“Very friendly and clean hotel. A lot of nice amenities. Updated room and bathroom. Sliders out to the nice courtyard. Good location. Mattress and pillows could be more comfortable. Otherwise a great hotel to take the family.”

• The hotel staff was exceptionally good at making us feel comfortable.
• Nothing.

“Great place to stay in a great location. Close to Parkway but not so close that you can hear traffic noise. Very good breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. A good value. Will definitely stay here again.”

• Beds are extremely comfortable. Location convenient for travelers.
• Stated balcony for every room-ground level rooms open onto parking lot. Breakfast was way overpriced at $15!

“Hotel was close to town and clean. The front desk personnel did their jobs but I noticed a distinct difference in the way we were treated as opposed to the older travelers checking in at the same time. I am 26 and a frequent traveler, and I was offended being treated like some party throwing teen. Otherwise, the amenities were up to par with a mid-level business class hotel although the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott is better equipped. Later check-out time was a plus. The room was comfortable with minimal frills; in room coffeemaker did not work. I would prefer the lobby coffee/tea were available all day or at least after 10 a.m. Overall, the room served its purpose.”

• The staff, they were excellent. Very accommodating.
• It was not that easy to find. Had we not had GPS we'd have missed it.

• I liked that the room was clean and the first person that checked us in was very polite and very friendly.
• The first room that they checked us into had electrical problems in the bathroom. Had to then switch rooms. Two technicians tried to fix the problem.

“I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet in the lobby. When I went down to have breakfast I encounter a very rude waitress. I got turned off by the inappropriate attitude and went to Perkins for breakfast instead. It turned out to be cheaper and it was a lot better than what the hotel had to offer.”
