• Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
• The loudness in the hallways.

“Hotel is clean, updated, and in a safe environment. Parking lot is well lit. The only downfall of this hotel is that because a lot of families use this hotel, the hallways have children running in the hallways and the adults yelling at them from the other end of the hallway. I had to call the front desk several times before the noise calmed down.”

• The rooms were a good size and were arranged nicely.
• Did not have mini fridge - indoor pool was not mentioned - hard to see from highway.

• The indoor pool and sauna.
• The towel service at pool was poor. No towels.

“Great location to seaside heights 7 miles away close to many stores close to other beaches very clean and pleasant staff nice restaurant in the hotel.”

• Updated rooms and bathrooms.
• Room was cramped, hallways were long.

“It is convenient, right off the highway. The lobby left a little to be desired but the rooms were updated and clean. The room was kind of cramped. Hotel elevators are at the far ends of the hallways. Better access to elevators and stairs would be a nice addition.”

• I liked the overall feel of the hotel. It was so clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative.
• The room needed more outlets.

“The staffs were friendly. You get the feeling that they're all really tired and want to go home, though. Not that I can blame them, but it would've been nicer to see more eagerness. We were given two room keys. One of them didn't work (I tried multiple times to make sure that it was the key, not some other reason). We returned the faulty key to the front desk, and they gave us two replacements. None of the replacements worked, either. We just gave up and stuck with the one key that worked. The room was mostly fine. Clean towels, no funky odor, etc. The atmosphere and decorations were okay, but nothing impressive. The air conditioning was rather loud, and we had a hard time falling asleep because of the noise. Also, there was no fridge. (Good thing we brought an ice box.) I tried their fitness room, which was tiny and only had four equipments. Cleanliness can be hard to find near the beach, after all.”

• The room was nice & clean & parking in vicinity of my room was excellent.
• My room was near a generator or some type of noisy equipment (it wasn't noisy at night though).

“I was satisfied with attractiveness for my short 2-day stay. The restaurant was a little expensive for me, so I went outside to eat.”

• Clean, friendly staff. Pool and anemities excellent.
• Everything was great.

“I would recommed this hotel to everyone who wishes to stay in that area. It is only a short drive to the ocean and is located for easy on and off of highway. Very clean, comfortable and everything I had hoped it would be. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank You”

• The hotel was very clean, crisp and guest friendly.
• The guest service representative was not helpful with any of the few requests we did have.

• It was close to my destination, the room was pleasant and the bathroom was nice. the bed and pillows were comfortable.
• There weren't a lot of food options close at hand for a later evening quick bite.

“I was only here one night, mainly as a quick stop for a local event. For that, it was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed and I slept like a rock.”

• Comfortable, clean, roomy, excellent check out time.
• Bathroom not large enough for two, no lotion.

“Easy to get to, staff very pleasant, rooms clean. Only down fall was that there was a wedding going on and everyone was very noisy out and in the hall with the slamming of the doors and the loud talking.”

“I would recommend this hotel to friends or family. It was quiet, clean, and family- friendly. It is centrally located to many restaurants and businesses, and only 10 minutes from the shore. We had a wonderful time and will likely stay there again.”
