• Clean, friendly staff, good for overnight family stay.
• Noisy AC.

• Cleanliness and location.
• Bed linens didn't fit deep mattresses. Came off during night repeatedly.

“Average. Although there were two of us traveling, we usually had just one washcloth. Bed linens need to be replaced with some with deeper pockets for deep mattresses. We had to keep putting them back on the mattress in the middle of the night. But the hotel was extremely clean, and that was a pleasure.”

• They upgraded us to a room with a Jacuzzi tub and fridge for free.
• No elevator. Hard to bring luggage and stroller up stairs.

“Overall was fine. Very expensive for a best western, but it must be due to the location. No elevator. Front desk staff was a bit rude at first, but were nicer later. Requested a crib and fridge. Room did not have a fridge, but then they put us in a room with a fridge (that also happened to have a Jacuzzi tub) for no extra charge, so we were happy. Wireless internet was free. Continental breakfast was decent.”

• Clean rooms.
• Expensive for the type of hotel.

“Nice hotel, but expensive for the type of hotel. Its impression of itself is that it's a 3 or 4 star hotel when it's about a 2 star.”

• The room was very clean. The service was very speedy and friendly.
• Nothing!

• The low price.
• Did not have an elevator for help carrying luggage to the next floor.

“Great place for the price like the pool and that they had wireless Internet. They need an elevator for people who has the second floor for easy carrying luggage and not having to carry them up the steps.”
