• Nothing. Cancelled reservation, went elsewhere.
• No parking! Poor customer service.

“We cancelled our reservation and went to the Days Hotel instead. There was no place to park. We were told to put the car anywhere and leave the keys at the front desk. The people taking care of parking looked like thugs. We were told to come back in an hour and there'd be plenty of parking. They lied and weren't too concerned over helping us, so we went elsewhere.”

• They have a fish pond and free internet access.
• The location is bad, the staff is bad and the rooms are horrible.

“I stayed at this hotel for business and it had to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The staff was not helpful and took a long time to check me in. The room looks as if it was an added addition to the hotel. My bathroom sink was actually in the bed room and it smelled of paint. You have to pass a junk yard to get to the hotel will is behind an office building. It is not a good hotel at all.”

• Perfect for airport access + good price, amenities, clean, quiet & friendly.
• I wouldn't walk out of the hotel site.

“Free shuttle to/from the airport. The hotel is clean, offers late night snack shop, in room refrigerator, microwave, safe box and it is set back from the highway. Really good one night airport stay.”

• We felt that our room was a great value.
• The lobby was outdated and could use a new look.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we arrived, and the next morning the shuttle took us to Penn Station. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and there was plenty of seating.”
