“Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and smelled great. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning.”

“Not real impressed with exterior but when checking in I read a placard saying "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back" so thought the experience would be fine. Staff was nice. I felt like I needed to wash my shoes after walking on the hallway carpet. Rooms were more clean. Breakfast is free, but it's clear that they go the cheapest route possible. The worst setup I've seen. The second morning I discovered that my car had been broken into. The property is fenced, but no one is in the guard shack at night? Asked the front desk if they had other complaints of break-ins. Rather than answer my question, she wrote down the manager's number and said that if I called back on Monday that he would comp my room. I called back Monday and left my number with the front desk. Didn't get a call back so I called the next day and they sent me to the manager's voice mail. I left another message with my cell number. No call back. I called again and finally spoke to the manager who said that break-ins are a problem from time to time. Do not stay here. Guarantees mean nothing to them.”

“Stayed here many times over the years and was always satisfied by warm friendly personal staff. New management, most uncaring person I've ever met. All staff is like they are doing you a favor by taking care of you. Sorry for the bother.”

“The hotel is very nice, clean, staff are polite and free parking. The room was clean and had microwave and fridge. They provide a shuttle bus to the airport and continental breakfast is serve every morning. Because the hotel is just off the express way you can get to NYC very easily just in 20mins! But it is tricky to get into the hotel.”

“Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and its features. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located, just outside of Newark airport, and ran shuttles to and from the airport. The free internet access was also a plus. I might have liked a hotel restaurant, but overall, it was a good experience at an affordable price.”
