“Difficult to gauge room temperature in room without a thermostat readout. Out of 7 shuttle trips used, once was bad. Had to call hotel for a back up shuttle. But overall it is a good hotel.”

“I would like to recommend this hotel if you want to find a quiet and high quality hotel near Newark international airport. The room is clean. The staff is very nice, and they provide me all the information I wanted. The security of this hotel is pretty good. They have safeguard in the entrance gate, and also you need to use you sim card to use the elevator and then get into your room.”

“Excellent hotel, close to Manhattan. Close to Elizabeth rail station. Great price. A nice big flat panel TV, if you have the time to watch stuff.”

“The shuttle bus was very accommodating when I need to leave earlier than their scheduled departure. That was very nice of them because I didn't want to miss my plane.”

“Even though the neighborhood is not the safest, the hotel has a fenced in yard and a security keyed elevator. Very difficult to get to, but well worth it when you get checked in. Newly renovated, nice pool and work-out area.”

“This hotel is nice - but the cleaning staff needs some serious work. All of the room service trays and dishes sat outside the room the entire next day and the one's outside my door were still there on the 2nd morning when I left. There were stepped on crackers that were there when we got there and still there 2 days later when we left.”

“Hotel just recently changed to a Renaissance Hotel and is undergoing renovations. It is located on the service road for US 1 and it is a little bit tricky to get there. The hotel is a stone's throw from Newark Liberty International Airport. It was a good value, but the hotel is not quite a 3-star property--that's why they are renovating. But the property is clean and secure--just needs some updating. And, most importantly, the staff is friendly.”

“Very convenient to airport and good buy compared to hotels in NYC! Might even consider staying here and commuting by train to Penn station to see sights and city life!”

“The hotel staff treated us like second class citizens. They put us in the smallest room they had available. The first day they did not service our room. The second day, the hotel had power outage. The drain in the shower was not draining water! The bathroom door was broken! There was a charge for parking! The internet connection was overpriced, $9.95 per each connection.”

“I liked the hotel but the elevators were broke on both days I was there and then the fire alarm was a issue as well. I have always been happy.”

“Very convenient to Newark International Airport. I stayed there one night in order to catch a very early plane the next morning. One downside of the hotel is that the hotel restaurant is somewhat pricey and the hotel location makes it impractical to go elsewhere to eat unless you have a car.”

“The hotel is very close to Newark airport and it is a nice and clean 3 star hotel. I drove to the closest path station to go to New York City. It is convenient. Overall I was satisfied.”

“Being a start hotel, I had a some sort of bad experience because of the following reasons. One of the room(635): Bath tub drainage was very slow. Wall Paper behind the entrance room of the room were torned and looked to bad to see. Facial tissue steel cover was put properly Second Room. Coffee maker was missing on the day one and reported to the front desk and solved on the second day.”
