• Location - close to EWR,
  good shuttle service.
• Charging to use their business center computer & printer. Disgusting.

• Simple decorations.
• Hard to get to.

“Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable. Only thing I found that was annoying was the wall outlets- my cell charger would fall right out of them, I had to wedge a pillow between the outlet and the chair to keep the plug in.”

• Room refrigerator, spacious indoor, salt-water pool, and the TV.

“Near airport with free shuttle. Refrigerator in room. Excellent TV. Salt-water pool large enough to enjoy swimming laps, (pool also has a handicapped lift). All machines in exercise room with individual TV screens.”

• The Sauna.
• The on site daily parking fee was 1/3 of the room rate I paid.

“ They treated me like a third class customer. I was charged a daily parking fee, not offered a floor change request, not offered normal 3.5 star perks, breakfast voucher, or evening Mang Hour. This was a 25th wedding anniversary celebration and we had to listen to the man in the room next door make loud noise will he used the restroom! ”

• They staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.
• The shuttle only went to the airport and not to Penn Station. No continental breakfast.

“Overall our stay was pleasant. Although the shuttle didn't take us to Penn Station, the hotel had detailed directions on how to take the bus from the airport to Penn Station.”

• Free parking.
• Access to road.

“The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the common areas were attractive and neat. The airport shuttle driver was friendly and the schedule convenient. Parking was no-hassle and free for hotel guests. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean...however, our room's temperature was difficult to control.”

“While planning a trip to NYC - not high class but average Joe's - we were ecstatic to get a good price on priceline.com when making reservations at the Wyndham (a chain we had never stayed at prior to this trip). We were, however, somewhat hesitant about what type of room we were going to get for that fee. We worried for no reason. Our expectations were not only met; the Wyndham exceeded any desires we had. It is with great pleasure and without hesitation that we recommend the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Newark, NJ, to anyone looking for a spot to drop and rest and be pampered. My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham for 4 nights while touring New York City. The staff's professionalism and friendliness was beyond reproach; the hotel shuttle to/from Newark International and NYC made our stay without a car a piece of cake (the drivers were ALWAYS helpful). Our 2nd Floor room was super clean, very large and nice and cool. After spending days in NYC, we slept very soundly at the Wyndham. We will most definitely stay there again when we come back next summer for a return trip to NYC with our two teenage boys. Henceforth, for us, there is no other Hotel chain to stay at. There's Wyndham or there's nowhere.”

“My room had a horrible odor and the bathtub had hair all over the place, it was moldy. When I requested to be move they told me they were completely sold out; of course that was a lie due to the all the space the parking lot had left and they was not that many people in the public areas.”
