  • The bed and pillows where very comfortable.
  • Breakfast area was too crowded due to tour buses.

“This hotel was convenient to find. It was also in a good location for us to be able to find the different places me needed to go. Also there was a shopping mall close by. Would recommend.”

  • Location.
  • Musty & damp. Only one hanger in room. Required copy of drivers license.

“Location was good. Two restaurants within walking distance. However, room & hotel were humid/musty. Only had one hanger in room. When asked for more, was told they were out. They did end up finding me three hangers from another vacant room.”

  • Lobby was clean, as well as eating area. Front desk was very friendly.
  • No shampoo, only one bar of soap, and no pick up or change of towels.

“Except for making my bed, room service was none existent. I will not be staying there again.”

  • The way the girl at the office tried to satisfy us after the terrible night we got there.
  • Groups of young people were making so much noise I couldn't sleep!

  • Had a hot tub; clean; would stay again.
  • Could use a couch and recliner in every room.

  • The pool and Jacuzzi, the hotel was clean and comfortable.
  • The staff who got me lost until 12 midnight and then gave no help in making me happy.

“I booked this hotel due to the fact that they had a pool and Jacuzzi as my friends and I were going to NYC for a weekend. When I was almost to the hotel I called for directions and was told the wrong exit number. Being from out of town I had no idea where I was and then got lost going the wrong direction from the hotel. When I called back, the hotel desk person told me that I had gotten off the wrong exit (the one she had advised me of) and to turn around. All in total I was lost for about 2 hours. By the time I reached the hotel it was way past closing time for the pool and this being the very reason for booking, distressed my fellow travelers and myself. I explained all of this to the desk clerk and she simply checked me in and did not offer assistance. After getting into the room I returned to the desk to complain again as my girlfriends were very distressed about arriving at almost midnight and not able to use the pool and having to be out by 11am. I asked if we could get a later check out time. That was granted and also we were allowed to use the pool from 12-12:30 that night. I was very disappointed in the hotel desk clerk for not even giving me this option until I returned to her, and then seemed to only do so to get rid of me.”

  • Front desk staff not friendly, housekeeping was checking us out if we have left when it was not even checkout time.

  • I liked the free continental breakfast. The heat was extremely loud and woke me up many times during the night.
  • The heater was loud and the toilet was not working.

  • The indoor pool, breakfast and newly remodeled.
  • Nothing.

“Very family friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was nicer than a typical continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Price was great!”

  • Lodge net TV picture too dark, green skin tones, no way to adjust picture.

“Hotel is located about 20 miles from Manhattan on interstate 80. It features free internet, and a fridge and microwave in each room. Parking is free. Bus to Manhattan runs hourly from willow brook mall (half a mile away), takes 30 minutes, and costs $6.”

“This hotel was more than I expected. The room was large, had two beds and was clean. The bathroom was clean as well with no hair or mildew in the tub area. I noticed that the housekeeping staff washed all linens including the bedspread after each guest checked out. There was a self serve breakfast available which included cold cereal and u make hot waffles. There were also juice and rolls available. The location also has an indoor pool. There was a super target store within a 5 minute walk if you forgot anything. The staff was accommodating. Based on location, amenities and price I would return to this property.”

  • Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great housekeeping.
  • Minor problems with door latches.

“Great location for work and pleasure. Highway 80 on one side and 46 on the other. Travel to New York and surrounding areas was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was courteous and did a great job.”
