• Kitchen facilities, although not too clean.

“The facility was not well kept. The lobby and entrance had smoke smell. The room seems clean, but if you look carefully you will see hair, stains and bugs on the floor (live and dead ones). There is no service, not even a ice machine. I think I can understand why Extended Stay America is going bankrupt (some of their hotels are actually fairly nice).”

• Lack of cookware for the rooms.

“Housekeeping is unpredictable. Slow drains in bath. You may or may not have cookware in your room. Day
shift front office employees are polite. Don't ask for anything from the weeknight staff, they won't appreciate being bothered to help you.”

• New and friendly staff.
• Sometimes the hallways got a little dirty fair TV.

“Well I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and was generally happy. I would stay again. The TVs were of low quality and the internet connection was barely above standard modem speed. I was happy with the channel selection on the TV though there could have been more channels. There could be more kitchen utensils and a better frozen food section with maybe Stouffers dinners in the vending area. Also, I didn't see a decaf urn in the coffee area in the morning or decaf in the room. I was impressed with the sound deafening quality of the walls.”

• For the price I am getting a very good value.
• Very slow internet connection.

“A clean and new hotel. Lacks some of the creature comforts of other hotels, but overall a good value. Very friendly staff who always greet you. I would suggest this hotel to anyone on a budget and is on business. Lacks decent internet speed so long hours on the internet is not advised.”

• Charge for change from one queen to 2 double beds!

“This is the first and only motel that charged for changing the standard 1 queen bed to 2 double beds.”

• No pool; no toiletries; very poor location.

“I can't imagine anyone staying at this hotel. Although it was clean and had a kitchen, it was impossible to find given the ridiculously confusing group of roads that intersect this area of Woodbridge. There was no pool or other amenities. There also was no shampoo or other toiletries in the bathroom, other than toilet paper, and there was not even a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The Hampton Inn just up I-287 was much better and had free breakfast. Sorry. This hotel should be torn down given its inconvenient location.”

• About the breakfast. The night receipt. Told me yes but the morning girl instead of apologize rather said .I quote sir we dont serve breakfast.

• Kitchen facilities enable me to prepare my own meals & snacks.
• Internet directions were not good for this location.

“Cleanliness was at a lower standard compared to other similar hotels where I have stayed - especially the kitchen area. Water temperature in shower had tendency to change from comfortable to chilly or scalding without notice; this was reported to the desk at checkout.”

• I liked the convenience of the mini-kitchen.
• Too far away from public transport.

“This hotel was too far away from any public transport, so without a car rental, one is at the mercy of an outrageously priced local car service. The staff were a bit pushy in insisting that we pay for an upgrade for two beds, which we didn't want. The floor of the room most definitely had not been vacuumed and the hallways reeked of people cooking fried foods poorly. Would I stay there again? No.”

• Location close to the place we needed to be until quite later into the night.
• Bed not good, very flimsy cheap furniture in tight quarters.

“This place is good only for a one night stay. The hotel that claims to be homestead has no cups or plates. Front desk is ill equipped to handle minor requests for items such as tooth paste or shaving cream. If you forget something they expect you to got to a store and buy it. I guess they operate under the assumption that everybody stays there for more than a day.”

• Rotten Bananas on top of the refrigerator.

“It was not easy to find the entrance. Our room was sort of an efficiency, absolutely nasty! Dirt and dust! 2 rotten bananas were on top of the refrigerator (black) along with I can only guess what other particles. The bathroom was also dirty. There were complementary soaps or shampoos. I am not a clean freak and rarely complain, this was just unacceptable. I hope I never have to stay there again.”
