• The cleanliness, maintenance, location, breakfast.
• None.

“My husband was in the area on business and I was along as a leisure traveler. He has used this hotel before and will again. It is the cleanest hotel, not only in the room but overall in the lobby, restrooms, and restaurant. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent breads, rolls, sweet rolls, an omelet station, fruit etc. Was very impressed with the hotel maintenance. Great small Italian restaurant, an Italian deli, and large bakery directly behind hotel. Felt safe there.”

• Full breakfast w/omlet's bar, fridge in room, microwave available.
• Pool closed, loud uncaring guests every night, front desk not answering phone, requested items when room made up=never left.

“Complained to front desk 2 nights about noise after 12 midnight. Noise also at 5:30 am. TV blaring next room. Refused to cash travel check after already cashing one. Children not supervised in pool area or breakfast area. Hotel on road you have to travel to cross over.”

“Great staff, Great place, Very Clean. I will return in about a year and I will stay at this Best Western again. I will even request a Best Western the next time I'm staying over night. In the month of May I will be in Sails berry Maryland I hope to stay with them soon. ”
