  • Ease of check-in. Free Internet in lobby.
  • Was assigned 2 double beds.

“Right off of Exit 10 on the New Jersey Turnpike and within easy drive of Metuchen New Jersey Transit stop or Metro park, this is a convenient alternative to staying in New York (express train from Metro park takes 37 minutes to New York Penn Station). Plenty of parking, friendly staff.”

  • We had a lot of positive experiences about this hotel, from the location to the comforts in the room to friendliness of the staff etc.
  • Absolutely nothing.

“This Sheraton has been completely remodeled and reopened in December of 2008. It is much cleaner and the beds are more comfortable.”

  • It was close to the area that I was working in.

  • Friendly staff at front desk.
  • Bed mattress was poor and collapsed in middle.

“Hotel is recently remodeled and in excellent condition. Public areas are spacious, modern and well appointed. Room was beautiful and spacious as well. It was newly decorated and had a large flat screen TV. Only downside was the quality of the mattress. It was a king mattress which was collapsed in the center so that we would roll toward the center all night.”

  • Everything had a high qualith feel to it.
  • View out the window.

“Everyone was professional, polite and willing to assist. I was unsure about the use of the internet, until I went and looked at one of the computers that was available. I enjoyed watching the group of people sitting around, laughing and just relaxing. There were several working people at the computer station and they were able to focus on what they were working on, even with other people moving about them. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and would be quite satisfied if I receive the opportunity to stay there again when I return near the end of the month.”

“The hotel is attractive and a convenient break between Baltimore and New York. The pool and exercise facilities were clean and attractive. The accessible room offered a roll-in shower in the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful.”

  • The staff was rude.

“This is a clean and well designed hotel that looks great. However, the parking lot needs work and the staff was not friendly or helpful. The sheets were new and scratchy and the maid service woke us up at 8 am just by speaking to each other very loudly.”

“There was a large sorority party that night. From 1 am - 4:30 am, the noise level was absolutely unbearable. We called numerous numbers and we unable to find any hotel personnel to address the issue. There was no one at the front desk, nor was the any one on security. Unacceptable.”

  • They don't have water bottles inside the room nor in the vending machine nearby.

“Avoid this place. If you do go there, expect bed bugs, not working shower, non responsive room service, constant noise all through the night (renovation is the reason).”

  • Restaurant staff, management not following through.

  • Proximity to clients and prospects.
  • Closing down in June. No food due to kosher event.

“The hotel is slated to close in June. There is a lot of activity that is related to the hotel closing soon such as furniture being moved in and out of rooms. Due to the renovations that are set to begin, hotel staff is small but friendly. Restaurant facilities are functioning at a bare minimum. During my stay there was a kosher event that closed down all restaurant facilities and the hotel staff was not properly prepared to offer other options. Hotel guests were in placed in an awkward position of finding other means to eat without much assistance from hotel staff.”
