• Very clean, friendly service, helpful employees.
• The food for our event wasn't bad but could have been better.

“We were upgraded to the "Concierge Floor" as soon as we checked in because it was a busy night. Even though the floor was under construction it was not loud or disruptive in any way. Our room was clean and comfortable. The employees at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.”

• It was close to everything we needed to be.
• The bath drain had a back up before our arrival and the sink sprayed water in different directions.

“This property is close to all major roads: 287, turnpike, parkway, route 1 & 9. Perfect for the business traveler. Shopping malls are close by.”

• Very friendly staff. Clean.
• Ended up taking room for smokers since other was gone, more cigarette smell than expected.

“Stayed with a group of friends for 2 nights. Experience was as expected except for a little bit too strong cigarette smell. Staff was very friendly, they helped us finding a flower shop in off hours and arranged that they wait for us to pick it up before closing as we were headed to the wedding. Decent price /quality ratio.”

• Great location, friendly staff.
• The air-conditioning in the room was not working. Staff worked hard to fix it within hours.

“The room was spacious and clean. You walk in the 2nd floor hall-way and you have to hold your breath. There were only 5 non smoking rooms.”

• Front desk staff friendly.
• No smoking room on same floor with smoking rooms.

“Both at breakfast and the conference I attended I have never stayed at a place so stingy with coffee. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke in the hall of my no smoking room was not healthy. The front desk staff was always friendly, quick to great you, and helpful. The room itself was very quiet.”

• Close to the NJ Turnpike and Mac Donald's
• No indoor pool.

“Visited NJ for a wedding. Did not want to spend a lot of money, but wanted a clean, comfortable room. The Clarion met the criteria.”

• Internet was not working, shower had poor pressure, bathtub drained slowly.

“I felt like the hotel on any other day would be first rate. I think I was there on the wrong day.”

• Roomy & spacious.
• Room needed repairs.

“The lobby was spacious and well layed out for group gatherings. The room was large, quite comfortable and nicely appointed with large comfortable chairs, desk and office chair, table with chair and a vanity. The parking was not very convenient and the room needed some minor repairs. Bathroom & closet doors stuck and the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. Overall, a great experience.”

• I liked the computer desk with lamp with electric plug in, and bottled water for coffee.
• 2 out of 3 days housekeeping forgot our washcloths, 2 days key didn't work..

“This was a very nice hotel, especially for business travel. I would stay there again, it is convenient, room is good, restaurant and bar are very good.”

• Thin walls, could hear conversations in hall and adjoining rooms. Poor water pressure.

• This hotel could have been rated a 4 for its class, appearance & service.
• There was no pool or hot tub.

“This was an extremely nice hotel with a very serene atmosphere and very professional and friendly staff. The room was very large and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again. We expected a refrigerator in the room. The kids wanted a pool very much. But in spite of these two things, the comfortable, clean, and quite environment would bring us back.”

• Need a couple more sugars and creamer with coffee maker.

“Well situated, with attractive amenities and a pleasant staff. Be sure to try the filet mignon in Christie's downstairs. I recommend the McMannis Merlot with it at a reasonable price of $24.00.”

• Easy access from the highway. Spacious lobby, and clean, bright room
• Desk manager was overworked and had the personality of a turnip.
