• Easy access to highways, friendly staff.
• $8 self parking fee, hotel room was not very clean, outdated decor, musty smell.

“Hotel lobby and exterior of building are attractive and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and hotel is conveniently located near highways with easy access to NJ Turnpike. I was very displeased with the $8.00 self parking fee and pressure to use valet service. Room was not clean, shower/tub was filthy, decor was very outdated. Room smelled musty. Central air system was not working properly.”

• Easy on/off of the NJ turnpike.
• 9 pm is a little early for the pool to close.

• I like the spacious rooms.
• The elevators service was poor. I was able to hear conversations in adjacent rooms.

• Very nice hotel.
• The accommodation was not that good. I had a room for handicapped as they did not have 2 double beds.

“Nice hotel but they did not have 2 queen bed rooms and traveling with my husband and 2 kids. It was very inconvenient and coupled with that we were given a room for handicapped people and extra bed for kids that occupied most of the room. Other wise the hotel is ok.”

• It was clean, nice and easy to get to from the NJ Turnpike and close to places to eat.
• The customer service. When I called they were extremely rude but the staff when we checked in were quite helpful and nice.

“We stayed on a Friday night, our room bounced from the music (I guess there must be either a club or function with loud music) until around 02:00. Our first room reeked of smoke but they were happy to move us. The hotel was nice and easy to get to, only complaint would really be the guest services when you call in, they were extremely rude. The staff there was great. Don't know what to tell you about the loud music, thank goodness we had brought a sound machine for our infant.”

• Location was a challenge to find.
