“The room and shared spaces were clean and nicely furnished. We could control the room temp with our own thermostat. Beds were comfortable. Fitness rooms were clean and well maintained. For such a nice hotel, the bathroom was a disappointment. It was clean and attractive, but not functional.”

“When in doubt about your hotel bill, do not even bother asking the front desk to explain things to you. When I inquired about a deposit that was taken out of my friend¿s account, I was told that the statement, that we received that morning, should not have even been given to them because they already had our card on record. 24 hours later, my friend found out that they did take out the over $250.00 deposit from her account. In addition to this, we never asked them to call a cab for us. The rate to the hotel from the airport by cab is 45$, but when we asked the front desk to call a car, she called a town car and did not verify the rate. When we got to the airport, the driver told us that we had to pay 75$ plus tip. We only paid $65 and explained to him that we asked for the hotel to call for a cab with the expectation that cab rates would be paid. There were two different front desk people for the same day transactions with the same level of incompetence.”

“Good location, easy parking, well equipped rooms. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was very close to major roadways and only 25 minutes from Newark Liberty International airport.”
