  • It was affordable, minutes to the casinos and had everything you could need or want.
  • The TV was a little fuzzy.

“It's a great place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money, its just minutes to the Atlantic city casinos, you could even walk to the Tropicana, the room had a minifridge and microwave a pool and air conditioning. The employees were helpful and courtesy, I would definitely stay there again.”

  • Desk clerk who checked me in.
  • Slip shod cleaning staff.

“Someone needs to train the room staff in noticing things like alarm clocks set to go off at weird hours and to open the patio door to air out the room and maybe diminish the chemical smell of insecticides. I have the impression that no one working there actually knows what the client experience is like in the rooms themselves.”

  • It was clean, convenience and comfortable.
  • We had a problem with wedding guests that were drunk.

“We will stay again. Everything was nice, clean and in a convenient place for us. The only problem we had was a wedding party that were drunk and noisy in the hallways. It took two calls to the front desk and a couple of hours before the situation was calmed down. Management was very apologetic the next morning.”

  • Lamp with live wire, kids slept on floor, broken glass table one door didn't work.

“I believe I should get a credit. Hotel did not fix everything that needed fix. I video clip everything that was wrong with the room. Im putting a dispute with my credit card.”

  • The staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate the inconvenience of not having a television access.
  • I really wasn't disappointed with any of the arrangements.

“The staff went out of their way to help with any question. There was always someone at the desk with a welcoming smile. The managers were great.”

  • Convenient location to the city and attractions.
  • No real complaints.

“The hotel is a bit more than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was very quiet. The only real noise that I heard was the water/shower running from surrounding rooms which did not bother me. The free continental breakfast was more than expected.”

  • One member of the desk staff was polite and tried to be helpful.
  • No toilet seat, double charged for room. Room and pool were filthy, manager was rude.

“I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Let me first say that I am fairly laid back and rarely complain about this sort of thing. When we arrived, we found that the toilet had no seat. The floors were clearly not vacuumed. There was debris on the carpet (used matches, hair) that was easily spotted. The bathroom was filthy, the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool was disgusting. In an attempt to escape the room before dinner, we sat by the pool. The cushions were stained and gross. The pool itself needed to be bleached! When I went to use my debit card after checking out, I discovered that my account overdrawn due to the fact that they double charged me by accident. I had to point out their mistake, they never noticed. Upon my return home, I contacted the manager and was literally put on hold for a total of 25 minutes, never received an apology and was treated unbelievably poorly. The "manager" was completely unprofessional and ill-tempered.”

  • The hotel provided a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly.
  • The rooms were fairly clean, but "tired" and run down.

“The hotel was adequate for a quick overnight. The rooms were well used, but fairly clean. The continental breakfast was fair, but not that well taken care of by staff. In general, the facility seemed well worn and in need of some renovation. I would not recommend this hotel beyond a one star level. It's acceptable for a quick overnight, but not for anyone who requires new immaculate facilities.”

  • The people at the front desk were friendly.
  • The wallpaper was peeling off the with what looked like mold.

  • 1st floor windows made of plastic, not safe place to be in.

“This hotel is very disgusting, Its like staying in a motel, not Hotel. Windows on the 1st floor room i stayed in where nade of Plexiglas, like plastic. Did not feel safe at all.”

  • They were accommodating and courteous.
  • They don't have an elevator so we had to lug our things up steps to the second floor.

“Although they don't have an elevator, they were "quick" to offer assistance to help us transport our luggage. The assistance was kind and courteous in doing so.”

  • Did not get the room I wanted , pool side view.

  • The hotel was within walking distance of the boardwalk. It was also very cleaned. For those with children, the swimming pool seem to keep them busy.
  • I did notice a little mold growing on the wallpaper in the bathroom.

“I think the location off the hotel was good. The hotel overall was clean. There really were not many ocean view balconies. The staff was pleasant. The complementary breakfast was more than what I had expected.”
