  • Cleanliness of the hotel and decor.
  • Beds were too hard, shower did not work.

“The most important thing is that the beds felt like cardboard. The shower did not work and the internet could not be accessed during our weekend stay. And we were told that the person who maintained it would not be in until Monday.”
