“We checked into the hotel in the early afternoon and went out right away. We returned in the early evening and quickly became aware of the room noise. Any time anyone in the hotel used water, it was loud, there was a train that past 250 ft away about every 20 minutes. When asked If we could change rooms due to very noisy neighbors we were told no because they did not want to have to clean the room we were in. The manager said that we over paid and should never use a booking agency. If you took a shower the minute someone used the water you would get scalded. The kitchenette was so dirty we actually took pictures. There was a half inch gap in the door to floor that allowed flies into the room. The air conditioner was a window unit that was too noisy to use at night”
