  • Its right smack in the middle of town.
  • Everything except location.

“Wow, this hotel is so bad I don't know where to start. The prices are ridiculously high, the service levels appallingly low, and the indifference to complaints rock-solid. We stayed there for almost a week, a leaking faucet in the bathroom that was causing so much noise we could not sleep took days to fix (repair men would arrive, look at it, realize it would take actual work to fix, then leave, explaining "they'll get to that in the morning." the repairment in the afternoon would pass it on to the next shift too). We eventually changed rooms, but that was a hassle. I could go on and on about the poor service, but why bother? And this was from a hotel where they knew we were coming to plan our wedding (and was considering the Nassau Inn as location). I wrote a letter to complain to the manager, and heard nothing back. You need a good hotel in Princeton? Stay on Route 1.”

  • It was quaint, and in a fabulous location. The staff were wonderful.
  • The interior of the rooms were a little shabby. I expected something more luxurious.

“The hotel was quaint and beautiful on the outside and the ancillary areas. The rooms were not as nice as I expected.”
