“This hotel met our needs for the 1 night we stayed there. Close to Milford PA, clean, not overpriced. We would stay again!”

“I guess not enough competition. I expect a lot more for a room with a standard rate greater than $100. Indoor pool was too cool to swim in for very long. Needs remodeling, especially the bathrooms. Water damage in ceiling and curtain falling down.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. My kids had a blast, the view and amenities were excellent. My only concerns were that there is no fridge and microwave in the rooms and that there were not much varieties with the free breakfast. My kids were tired of the same eggs and potatoes with pancake. I suggest adding bagels, pastries. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.”

“The location is extremely convenient for us. The hotel has potential, but is showing its age. It desperately needs upgrading. There were only 2 towels and 3 very small pillows on a king bed for 2 people. The sheets were scratchy, TV made a static noise every time the channel changed, and there was white Styrofoam shooting from our heater. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, and they didn't offer to do anything about it- no discount on the rate, or anything. They're renovation the outside, but should be spending their dollars on things that touch the guest: linens, pillows, beds, carpet, better shower heads, etc. Poor value for the money. Next trip, we'll look for a Hampton inn.”

“This place was not good. Very outdated, very run down and dumpy. They are in the process of remodeling the outside, so all hotel windows were covered in opaque plastic, eliminating any view from the room. The rooms are equally outdated and stained. The elevators were disgusting. The indoor pool is in less than pristine shape with water that contained spiders and other junk and sides that were old and stained. The work put facility was a joke, very small and limited. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited in choice and quality. On the good side, the staff was friendly. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Very disappointed with the hotel. Renovations were in process outside the building so all the windows were covered with opaque plastic. As result could not see out-like being in a cave. Food service was poor, primarily because the staff was not adequate to support the 60 people in our group. Buffet food was cold. Breakfast was dismal-second day we went out to eat even though hotel breakfast was free. Food from the menu was no better, some in our party waited for 1 1/2 hours for their meal to arrive. Carpet in room was in disrepair-torn and dirty. Housekeeping had to be requested to make up our room at 4:15 PM. If our conference is held here again, we will skip.”
