• Convenient location.
• Dated facilities.

“While the hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, and its staff are particularly friendly, it doesn't have the ambiance that one would expect from a Sheraton-branded hotel. Common areas are a bit dated and worn, and the rooms are not particularly luxurious, although they are well-maintained. That being said, however, I would still recommend it.”

• Location;in-room coffee, nice sitting area with flat screen tv; nice work area; safe parking lot
• rooms were dimly lit, could use additional/brighter lighting

“This hotel is perfect for the business traveler. It has convenient parking right to the front door, a hotel bar if a glass of wine is warranted, as well as a restaurant which has late hours. The room had a small sitting area and a nice work desk area which is great for those late nights catching up on paperwork.”

• Staff was friendly. Convenient location.
• Low quality bed linens, rust in shower and on bathroom door. Old stained tile in bathroom. Lumpy pillows. Dark room.

“Hotel was okay if you just need a convenient place to stay. It is certainly not a 3+ level hotel.”

• The hotel is right across from a mall with many dining options nearby.
• Parking in the back of the hotel is a bit awkward.

“The hotel was very convenient and quiet. The staff was very pleasant and responsive to requests. It is across the street from a mall and there are lots of dining options around.”

• The pool and whirlpool; free internet access; location; upscale yet kid friendly.

“For an upscale hotel to offer free wireless service in your room, that was quite impressive. It was very kid friendly with a small game room and a decent size indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be that the public bathroom in the lobby was not cleaned up by 7am after a wedding reception the night before.”

• Can't think of anything.
• Poor parking. Non smoker-friendly. Slow elevators. No Microwave.

“Overall, I was extremely disappointed and I was amazed by how low the Sheraton chain had dropped since I stayed at one years ago. Not only was breakfast not free but it was ridiculously priced. A man with a bad back should NEVER be made to walk as far as I had to walk to get to and from the lobby.”

• Very convenient location to amusement park.

“Staff was friendly and when we first got there and our room was not what we wanted we were immediately transferred to another room. The location was great in terms of how close it was to Sesame Place and a shuttle bus was available to take us to the park. The room was clean and supplies were all there. A refrigerator was brought up to our room and we were not charged.”

• Wife had surgery; we were very close to her hospital.
• Need little refrigerators in the room, also had someone come around and ask how many phones were in the room.

“Hotel was nice, convenient, relatively clean, very accommodating, they were very friendly & helpful & I would highly recommend.”

• Clean, friendly staff.
• People fighting across the hall and was very upsetting to us. Woke us up out of a deep sleep.

“The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was wonderful but, what we experienced the night we were there was very upsetting to us. There were people fighting outside our room and banging on our door that woke us up out of a sound sleep and really scared us. We paid for our room just like everyone else did and I feel that we did not get what we paid for. I am very sorry to say that but, that is how I feel. We were in room 912 and the fighting was right across the hall from us.”

• Staff was responsive and friendly, fireplace, great location.
• Room temperature was hard to manage, cleanliness.

“Overall a good value, but as there aren't too many choices in the area this hotel doesn't have a lot of competition. My wife and I stayed here for a 1 night getaway while visiting in laws and found it to be a decent hotel. If you are a couple without kids it would be wise to check to see if you are staying here when sesame place is open and if it is you should ask for a quiet floor. The hotel was remodeled in 2005 (front desk says) but it still seems a bit frumpy carpets in elevator areas etc. .”

• The staff accommodated me with early check-in.
• The restaurant was not open for lunch the day I arrived.

“This is a nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating by letting me check-in early. There's great shopping nearby with the Oxford Valley Mall and surrounding shopping strip malls. Managed to get some Christmas shopping accomplished while I was there.”

• They forgot to clean our room one day.

• The housekeeping stole items from my room.

“On the first day, one of our daughter's cloth was stolen. On the second night, a snack package that we had purchase was opened and eaten by the housekeeping staff while we were out of the room.”

“Reservation was not properly recorded; we were given a smoking room with double beds when we requested a non-smoking room with a king sized bed. We asked to be moved and were sent into a dirty room (food on the floor, used toilet (unlashed), etc.). Pretty gross experience.”
