• The continental breakfast featured many choices, including a waffle iron.
• Room was too hot and the staff offered us a fan, but it was never delivered.

“We were not happy with our stay. The room was too hot (other guests had the same complaint). The staff offered to bring us a fan, but it was never delivered and no notice was given. My wife requested a non-down pillow. She was told they would check, but we received no answer. The bed was against the wall in a corner, and the phone was mounted on the wall near my head.”

• Location, restaurant downstairs, outdoor free parking, staff.
• Room cleanliness and lifetime renovation bond.

“Prices are a bit high based on the accommodation. This hotel has been under renovation since 1999. No bathroom fan, stayed in smoking room and got high on the smoke smells, otherwise great location, staff is excellent and awesome restaurant downstairs with free parking at rear. Hotel would greatly be improved if they would finish renovating a room at a time instead of renovating a part of each room (house that Joe built), put a fan in the bathroom (mold coming soon), fix the elevator (scene from 12 monkeys) and freshen up the rooms with smoke spray (gag me with a butchers spoon). .”

• Lobby was very nice and good breakfast.
• A little outdated, but I understand they are working on that.

“Nice hotel with very nice employees. A little old fashioned, but they are updating and what they've done so far seems really nice.”
