• Easy in and easy out, kids loved the pool.
• 1st floor hallway smelled really bad. Light bulbs not working, fridge very dirty.

“Needs to be remodeled and take out tobacco stench in hall carpet. Room attendants should check tissue dispensers, they were empty, and light bulbs didn't work. Some lights not plugged in. Fridge had old food in it.”

• Nothing was good. Rude/unhelpful staff, changed price, dirty room, liars.

“I stayed here as part of a wedding. They quoted me one price (after they quoted the bride a higher price). I got charged $30 more than the price they told me. They were very rude and did not believe me I was in the wedding party. I had to show them my email, just to get the original higher price. They messed up my reservation! Very disrespectful and was not willing to help at all. The room was dirty, one towel in the bathroom, bottle caps on the floor, writing on the mirror, the complimentary bottle of water was open and half gone and the A/C was musty. Never stay here unless you want to pay for high quality rudeness and a dirty room!”

• The staff was very prompt and friendly.
• Our room reeked of cigarettes, and was very dirty!

“The amenities of the room were adequate. The beds were comfortable. Electronic thermostat to self-control the room's temperature was nice. The television was up-to-date with a large, flat screen, but all the channels were fuzzy. The internet in the room was free, wireless and fast. The biggest drawback to the room was the lingering smell of cigarettes, along with the lack of cleaning, especially in the drawers and under the bed. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Water pressure from the shower was poor. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, as I have stayed in lower star-rated hotels/motels that had equivalent amenities, but were much cleaner!”

• We were put in a preferred guest room that exceeded my expectations.
• The bathroom sink was not user-friendly a lot of splashing in order to get hot water.

“I'm not sure what the regular guest rooms are like, but the preferred guest rooms are nicely decorated with very comfortable beds (the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel) and refrigerators and microwaves that came in handy during the hot end of July weather.”

• Newly renovated bathroom, comfortable bed and helpful staff.
• Exterior, hall way, stairways were dirty, found bugs in the room.

“This is an odd hotel, with very outdated looking parts (like the exterior, interior common areas, some of the furniture and air conditioning unit in the room) coexisting with recently renovated, modern looking parts (like the bathroom, bed, and the thermostat). It was comfortable enough, until my wife found in our room two bugs that looked too much like roaches. Upon closer inspection, I wasn't convinced that they were in fact the dreaded house bugs, but regardless we asked for a different room, and the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. Overall, my impression is that this is a hotel that has been ill-managed for a long time, and now they are trying to fix it up. But I would say that despite the friendly staff and some nice brand new furniture, it's not quite there yet for a 2 1/2 star hotel.”

“The hotel was nice and met our needs. Took our boys to a Phillies game and stayed at hotel and the staff was friendly to us all.”

• The beds, pillow and LCD TV were excellent.
• Pool closed for repairs in July.

“This hotel was very comfortable. It had lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The large LCD TV & show time was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable. They do need to fix the pool soon.”

• Pretty friendly at the front desk.
• Swimming pool was not in service!

“The stay was good. The YMCA was offered but very limited hours. I did not swim at all on my vacation! The rooms were clean and modern and the parking was good. Nice location. They need to offer happy hour and have 1 more computer for business use.”

• Newly refurnished. Nice room, nice bathroom. Friendly service.
• It could have been cleaner - bathroom was dusty and door had marks on it.
