• Nothing we like at all.
• Everything.

“Your employees are not a good help of everything they don¿t know hoe to treat their guest Wright and all the service are very poor. That will be our first and last stayed in that hotel; I will not even recommend your hotel to anybody. It¿s dirty, stinky, and employees doesn¿t know how to conceder the situation.”

• Filthy, sickening smell, depressing atmosphere, looks run down.

“On arrival at the hotel, it appeared to be run down. When we entered the hotel, the lobby was nice, we were early, so we checked out the rest of the hotel before we checked in. Found the all the floors had a sickening smell, it was dark, dingy and dirty. The carpets were so filthy that we could not see the multiple colors in the middle of the carpet. We cancelled our reservation and was told by one person that we still had to pay for one night, but after talking to another person, we were able to cancel and not pay anything. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone.”

• Excellent Pool facilities.
• Too noisy facing Ocean Blvd during bike week, no sleep...

“The visit was generally pleasant. There is no real ocean view. Many attractions and great food were nearby. The rooftop bar was full of local thugs, not much to attract the ladies. Motorcycle parking and wash points were a plus.”

• Maid service was excellent.
• Staff was just there! Obviously did not like bikers. Morning staff on last day was all smiles. I guess because we were all leaving.

“Restaurant wait was too long. Even though there were tables not in use they would not seat us. Staff was basically unfriendly - food was horrid. Bar was not up beat or welcoming. For what we paid and where we were they could have at least shampooed the carpet . Bath was clean and room service was excellent. Overall, we won't go back again, ever.”

“For the price I paid this hotel suited my needs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because it too far away for all the attractions ocean city had to offer. also the room were average and hotel need to be remodeled looked out dated.”

• The food at restaurant was very good and the hot tub.
• There was a huge mushroom in the middle of the pool that was not on the video. wallpaper coming off the walls. Water stains on ceiling.

“They were not very friendly. no coffeepot, no hairdryer was not at all like it looks on the video.”

• Hotel is clean but dated-needs some updated carpet.

• The price on-line was different from what the hotel stated.
• It had rain in our room, it was wet and smelly in the room.

“The manager half price the room the first night but they didn't move me for the rest of my stay. I paid full price for 2 nights and stay in that wet smelly room my entire stay.”

• Had to change rooms three time to escape falling ceiling and dripping water. The last room only leaked in the corner with a little mold.

“Lousy, The rooms were filthy and run-down. The first room had water dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the room and 2 inches of brown water sitting in the tub. The second had more leaks a foul odor. The third was tolerable only because the leak was in a corner out of the way. All three of the rooms had mold and mildew. In no way was this hotel worth the money. I have stayed in nicer hotels for $39 a night and this was 150 more. Total crap.”

• Refrigerator broken, mold on carpet, slow drain in bathroom.

• Modest Amenities close to Beach & Nightlife.
• High Nightly Rate for the quality of the Hotel.

“I surprised a friend of mine & my wife with a last minute trip to the beach. The weather was fore casted to be excellent, and our friend who was staying with us from Pittsburgh had not seen the ocean in over 25 years. She recently lost her son in Iraq and I thought this would be a good weekend getaway. The hotel was older and it looks it, but it was clean enough and well located if you have a car (its on the far North end of the O.C. strip). It has a small pool and decent hot tub. It has an old mediocre restaurant/bar upstairs that is not worth patronizing. We did not hang out at the Hotel, but it was a sufficient place to sleep/shower, etc. We had a great weekend.”

• Our room had a beautiful view of the Bay and the kids loved the pool.
• It would have been nice to have some outside seating or a balcony.

“Overall, the hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooftop restaurant was a little pricey. The hotel is a little bit of a distance from the boardwalk which made for a slight inconvenience but I would probably stay at Fenwick again.”

• I liked that you could change mine room to a non- smoking room when I did not order one on the first night.
• I did not like that you did not consult me about my room being a smoking room and you would not of said anything if I didn't.

“The smoking room you gave me was disgusting there were stains on the carpet and a big hole in the ceiling. I will not stay in your hotel again and I will not recommend your hotel to anyone if your putting your guests in an unsafe environment.”

• Good location only about 100yrds from beach (1block).
• Missing Internet connectivity.
